Jay is extremely professional and does not have the "used car salesman" feel to him. He is reliable and very communicative which is rare in the pool service industry. He initially worked with us during a time when finances were a struggle due to circumstances outside of our control and we are now back on track with a pool that has never looked this good. If you have an issue with the pool or equipment, big or small, he explains it to you on a level non experts can understand and offers different avenues for solutions without coming for your wallet to selfishly benefit him. He's trustworthy and goes about his business the right way. I would recommend his company to everyone I know that owns a pool. The best part is he didn't ask me to submit a 5 star review like many businesses do in exchange for something. Jay and his company are top tier in an industry that comes with a lot of uncertainty and instability (at least in my dealings). Thank you Jay!!!!!

Unfortunately, Anderson Pool has been the worst experience I have had with a pool company…read more I initially hired Anderson Pool to install mini pebble, a salt cell, and an autofill system. While the mini pebble itself turned out okay, we immediately began having problems with the autofill making noise and keeping us awake at night. I contacted Mike and explained that we never had this problem before their work was completed. Initially, he insisted it was not related to their installation. I eventually paid a separate plumber to inspect the issue, and I was told the noise was coming from the autofill. Mike later came out and made an adjustment. We also began experiencing issues with the salt cell. Since Anderson Pool had installed the equipment, I decided it would make sense to hire them for ongoing pool maintenance as well. Unfortunately, that created even more problems. After their pool technician changed the filter, I noticed water leaking from underneath my filter equipment. I called Laura, the office manager, because it was after hours and I did not know what I should do. I ultimately turned the pool off for the night. The following morning, I contacted Mike for guidance and was told Laura handled the service issues. When Laura called me, the conversation became extremely unpleasant. She was upset that I had contacted them regarding the problem and told me I could not keep calling them for issues. I explained that their service had left me with a leaking pool system and additional work that I did not know how to handle. I asked for the pool technician's phone number so I could communicate directly with him, and she refused to provide it. The conversation became argumentative, and I finally told her they could cancel my service and bill me for the month. Afterward, Mike told me he would personally come to my home, make sure everything was handled correctly, and supervise my pool service going forward. Based on that conversation, I believed the situation had been resolved. Two weeks later, however, nobody had returned to service my pool. I called to find out when the technician was coming back to correct the issue and maintain the pool, only to be told that my service had been canceled. I was shocked because after my conversation with Mike, I had understood that he was going to oversee the service moving forward. At the very least, I believe someone should have notified me that they had decided to discontinue service so I could immediately arrange for another company to maintain my pool. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, particularly because my previous pool company maintained my pool for approximately seven years until we moved, and I never experienced anything like this. Attached is the mess they left for me to clean. This review reflects my personal experience with Anderson Pool. Based on that experience, I would not use this company again.

He was with us each step of the way. When it came to designing the pool and figuring out our options, Jorge did a great job of mocking up designs and putting together a plan that worked for us. Poor follow through…read more The owner sends people out to skim the pools who have no idea on how pool mechanics actually work. The refill valve on my pool was stuck (think like when the floater in your toilet bowl is stuck) for 6 weeks without them noticing. Instead, they tried to say I "had a leak in my pool", which was not true. The constantly running water not only cost me a huge water bill, but also diluted the salt that was supposed to be in the pool. For 3 months this pool service company has not replaced the salt, although it is suppose to be included in my service. Now, since I've cancelled with them, they have not completed the obligations on my remaining pool service. I received an email from them today saying my final service was completed this morning, yet there are leaves in my pool. In addition, the salt level is 1300PPM under their care while it should be 3500PPM. This causes the whole PH balance of the pool to be off. Don't use these guys. They know nothing about pools. They have no accountability. They are a rip-off.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I've had Tim as our pool guy for a little over a…read moreyear. And in that year he has struggled to keep our pool clean. I paid him $160/mo and he shows up for 10 mins tops to skim and sometimes brushes, that's it. I've checked the chemical levels a day after he services the pool and on numerous occasions there is no chlorine and the other chemicals are out of balance. In fact, in order to have the pool look half way decent, I've been the one to add chemicals throughout the week. He dismisses it by saying I have a difficult pool. He calls himself a professional and says he's been doing it for many years, yet he can't give any guidance on how to fix things and maintain a clean pool. My wife called the office to make a complaint and Tim was extremely rude to her. He yelled at her and was condescending. This is unacceptable behavior and anything but professional. You do not talk to your clients this way, it is completely disrespectful. If you are considering Quality Pool Care, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Tim, of Quality Pool Care, came out and gave me a reasonable estimate and went step by step to return my pool to it's pristine condition, including an acid wash. After all that was done, he added the needed chemicals for my saltwater pool and checked all the equipment to make sure everything was in good working order. He also made sure that I understood how everything works so I'm more knowledgeable about my pool's maintenance general. If I ever have another issue with my pool, I will definitely call Quality Pool Care first.
