The past few months I'm pretty much all concentrates and the deals they have going are what brought me in. Hash club is something to look into if you use concentrates. They have a great concentrate device collection and some after market options that rival the local glass shops. They even have dry tops for the Carta sport and a ton of Puffco tops. (Hash club gets discounts). Its also nice to see such a great looking shop that still hold better prices than the old run-down places. LOL Shout out to the staff too. I did re-new online, and they sent me an online temporary driver's license. But 420 Central couldn't accept the virtual/ online temporary drives license. They needed a physical one to put on file. Sadness. What a bummer. But it's totally my fault because I lagged on getting my license renewed. I didn't even realize that it expired on my birthday. Fail lol But I can appreciate that the employee at 420 Central stuck to the rules and wouldn't let me go inside. Props. Because he could have easily bent the rules and just let me go in, but he didn't. My boyfriend went inside and got his goodies that he wanted. He comes to this place often. So it's a good spot. Just don't make the same mistake I did, and re-new your driver's license on time lol

Recently, I was informed that a fellow security guard failed to address his proper name when asked…read more His unprofessional behavior was further compounded by his inappropriate reference to a name that was not his own. He identified himself as Miguel, despite being a white security guard of Asian descent. I am dissatisfied with Tuan's service. He approached me and greeted me with a casual "hey, your backkk :)" which I found unprofessional. I remain unhappy with Tuan's conduct, and any future interactions with him will be perceived as hostile due to my previous experiences, which I have reported to management. My previous experience consisted of an individual named Obi who screamed at me while exiting the building. Coaching should've been implemented. Next steps should be separation. This sort of behavior would never be allowed at a dispensary or any sort of restaurant/ business. Unacceptable. I had reached out to support to receive an update. An individual named Obi couple months ago had exited the building & had raised his voice screaming at me saying "WHY DO YOU KEEP ASKING FOR ME. YOUR WIERD, STOP ASKING FOR ME" a tall black male security was present at the time. I was a regular at this location but no longer will be coming back due to my experiences. I felt threatened. I had spoken to management, unfortunately my options are limited. Stiiizy should be considered a welcoming cannabis industry. This sort of behavior is concerning and un-comforting. Never have I ever seen or experienced someone being yelled at for just being kind. I will be resuming to go to the Paularino & Bristol location! Amazing service over there and everyone understands the concept of customer service! They even address me by my own name sometimes which goes above and beyond.
