Horse s*** instead of advertised compost (mushroom) Really…read moredisappointed because they offer a product online and deliver something disgusting. According to their website: 50% topsoil, 25% torpedo sand and 25% compost (mushroom compost). I got the delivery and they were paid for it. When I arrived from work the front yard of full of flies (in March) and it smelled like rotten eggs and dog POOP together. They are big fresh? clumps. I tried calling them but they were already closed. I'm not a new gardener but I have never used mushroom compost. The next day I got on the phone and I was told that it wasn't mushroom compost but HORSE manure (poop). The guy on the phone said some people use it for their vegetables. He didn't offer any solutions and now we have s*** under our shoes, gloves and the poop smell in the front and back yard. I tried mixing worm casting and the worms stopped moving. I don't know how long this has been processed, if it is fresh, or even what is the ph because the guy on the phone had no idea. I have felt defeated and like crying because I have to use something that would never intend to buy. The risks of using animal waste to plant fruits and vegetables is salmonella and E-Coli. This really sucks.

There comes a time when you experience excellence in working with a product or service provider and…read moreyou just don't just want to share with your family and friends---you want to tell the world. This is one of those times and experiences that was nothing short of superb! If you need firewood for residential or commercial use (e.g. restaurants, campsites, etc.) this is the place. Remember---you get what you pay for and this is SUPERIOR firewood that has been KILN DRIED. The other guys will bring you seasoned firewood at best, and that has plenty of bugs and pests that will then be entering your home. Seasoned firewood can also have termites or termite nests in it and should never be located near your home. KILN DRIED firewood has none of that, has no moisture, burns cleaner, hotter, and better, and starts much easier. Seriously it is worth paying a little bit more for quality and to protect the inside and outside of your home and chimney. And then the service----Patrick was amazing to deal with and made the entire delivery process and stacking process simple, fast, easy. He was exceptionally professional and hard working and just an all around nice guy. Highly recommend. You will be thrilled!

I understand wanting to close on time, but refusing to complete an order that had already begun--just minutes before closing--is unacceptable. While I was discussing delivery details with another staff member, she turned away and started muttering under her breath. I've never encountered such discourteous behavior in a customer-facing role. I reached out to this company after Allstate recommended that I contact them to obtain a more…read moreaffordable estimate. The owner later contacted me by phone and stated that he was on his way to my property to complete the estimate. At that time, I informed him that I no longer needed the estimate because another company had already removed the tree that had fallen during the recent storms. Within minutes of that conversation, I began receiving multiple text messages from the owner in which he called me rude and continued contacting me in a manner that I felt was inappropriate and harassing. The following day, I spoke with Samantha, the owner's wife. She stated that I should have notified the company sooner that their services were no longer needed. I explained that I was not home when the tree removal was completed and also expressed my concern about the repeated messages I had received from one of their workers. Samantha then informed me that the individual sending the messages was her husband, the owner. Unfortunately, the conversation became increasingly unprofessional. Afterward, I received another text message stating that they were contacting the police regarding the situation, followed by additional messages a few minutes later. I chose not to respond to any of these messages. I understand that scheduling changes can be frustrating for a business; however, I believe the repeated messages, threats to involve law enforcement, and overall manner in which this situation was handled were unnecessary and unprofessional.

The one time he offered to come we said we were out of town, but that they could do it anyways and he responded, "we can do when you're back. We're normally extremely busy but will find an early day open." They had no problem taking out the "paid" part of the job almost immediately, but now after 2 months of waiting for the trees to be removed, Jeremy, the owner, told us to "go buy a shovel I'm not interested in doing it." Therefore, not completing the job that was agreed upon and in writing. Jeremy is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. We were willing to pay for this from the start, which is why we contacted him in the first place. All we wanted was for the trees to be taken out and now Jeremy is sending us text messages saying "I just want to say thanks for the nice review. Do you think I'm a deceptive sales person to get your measly $600 you don't know this but I'm worth about 10 million I was going to help you dig those trees up or cut them off at the base it didn't matter to me this was to help you out for the free service. You're one review won't affect my 400 good ones take care, pal." Super professional from the owner, huh? 0/10 recommend. Go with a more reliable company.
