Dr Craig specializes in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery, things I had no idea about until I visited her office. I learned so much about my body and what happens in my pelvic area as I age. I went for a few problems but my biggest was the ever-reoccurring UTI. I kept getting them and getting frustrated. After meeting with Dr Craig, her gentle and caring spirit helped me realize that I could find relief. She introduced me to pelvic floor therapy and organizations that provide it, which is something I never knew existed. I am feeling amazing these days and I didn't think it was possible to get back to this feeling after everything I experienced with all the UTIs. Her office is comfortable and her assistant, Maryann, is incredible. She's always willing to help and answer any questions you may have, and it's evident that she and Dr. Craig are dialed in! Dr. Craig gave me a standing order for a urine test and I took one on a Friday because I felt the start of a UTI. Maryann called me that Friday to let me know Dr C was calling in a RX for me to start over the weekend to get ahead of any problems that might occur over the weekend. It helped tremendously because I found out Monday there was evidence of a UTI in the sample I left on Friday. I would have been so miserable if I went through the weekend without meds. Dr. Craig is great and I am very happy with my experiences with her and her office.

The previous chemo was so harsh and only 30% chance of working. The new chemo is actually helping and not as hard on her system.

Dr. Anna Gevorgyan is the the epitome of a doctor who is only concerned with the money that flows into her 'medical' practice rather than really caring for the patient. I was seen by her last year on June 2-3, 2013. She saw me, asked about my symptoms, took tests, and sent me off on my merry way. Her staff rescheduled me for my appointment for the following week for a routine check up to see how the medication worked out. My lab work was sent to two lab offices. Before my second appointment, the office called me to tell me that they no longer can see me because they realized that they did not accept my insurance. I was billed for both lab tests (totaling abut 300 dollars) because of her staff's inability to thoroughly check medical records. I have been receiving and fighting them about the same billed for a year now. I had to have someone to speak on my behalf, sit in her office, and demand action regarding her unprofessional manner on handling the bill. It was an "usual" event to have someone do that; however, we wouldn't have taken such action if she staffed better people to handle of administrative business.
