Love this place, and I love my doctor! The front desk ladies are very nice, they always answer my calls in a timely manner. They don't put me on hold for very long. They get my appointments scheduled as needed. I'm able to get into my doctor within the same week. This is a wonderful primary care doctor office! I get amazing care whenever I come in for an appointment, and I get referrals as needed. I'm glad that my doctor listens to my concerns and tells me what the treatment plan is Will definitely be keeping my doctor for as long as I can! read more

Dr. PICO IS GREAT! He is surrounded by the wrong staff. Christina is RUDE and so are a few of those YOUNG immature females working there. They don't follow through AT ALL! They have no phone etiquette and spend more time laughing and playing than working. They put me on hold long enough for me to drive there 15 minutes away), peek in and see that they are not doing anything but talking and laughing. So whyTF am I on hold? They give wrong information. The Dr. says one thing and they do some else like they own it! Some of the nicer young ladies who actually knew what they were doing are no longer there and neither are me and my Daughter. Were so e with this CIRCUS masquerading as a Doctor's office. And the young lady answering the phones today is unprofessional as hell. 5/7/26 2:20 on hold until I hung up at 2/38. She just answers and says hold on like it's her personal phone. Then when I tell her I don't have to come in every month to get my daughter's allergy meds she argues me down and tells me I do. She's NEW not me. My Daughter's Doctor says she is seen every 6 months but this new "Doctor" answering the phones knows better than the real Dr. It's a shit show. read more

I really like my doctor Chelsey, but the young ladies who work in the front desk are not the best. Some are OK, but others seriously just plain out SUCK. They are so not empathic as all. They are very u professional. They scheduled me 3 different appointments for one day. I called them to ask what is that about then they said they messed up, no apologies no nothing. Just "oh mistake on our end". Some of the staff are cool, but most really lack professionalism. I pray they do better. read more

JFC I thought the clinic I was going to in NY was full of incompetent durdedurs but this place really makes that spot seem downright wonderful. - Lied over and over and over about sending my prior-auth to my pharmacy, thus resulting in me having to pay out of pocket with money I frankly don't have. - Insisted they would get in touch with insurance and let them know the doctor approves what I need, but never did and refused to answer any of my questions in regards to why they never did, why they still won't, what is even going on??? - Don't know what a diabetic type 1 is, obviously, or they wouldn't keep insisting that test strips aren't meds. THEY ARE DOCTORS who don't understand that a diabetic needs to test their blood sugar LMAO. - I have friends that go here, and told me that every app they filled out was input into the computer incorrectly. IE: They listed their husband as an emergency contact, but the receptionist/whoever does that crap input the patient instead. What the hell? Also had to google what an illness & medication was. It happened right in front of my buddy and myself. - Sent my meds to a pharmacy I've never heard of and refused to answer why, and then got very, VERY rude with me when I tried asking further questions and insisting that I need care. Insisted this other pharmacy, which is somewhere I cannot even get to, would be able to help me within 2 days, when actually it'll take 2 weeks. - Referrals were never sent out. Over a month of waiting, and they were never sent out. I say again--I AM A DIABETIC and these people have no idea what they're doing despite being a DOCTORS OFFICE. They're rude, unprofessional, and ridiculously incompetent. I don't??? Even know what is going on with this place. I have to assume the reviews are paid or people who don't have a serious life threatening freaking illness. I also wanted to note that they originally told me the prior-auth was sent, approved, and all I had to do was order refills... which was a lie. Raul checked me in, Leticia the receptionist was very helpful over the phone in guiding my husband and me through the registration process. Came here for my covid vaccines. They were efficient and quick with the process. Although they gave specific appointment times, they just go by first come first serve for anyone who has an appointment in the 2-4pm window so if you are going there for the vaccine I would recommend going early and waiting in line read more

This will be my absolute LAST time ever visiting this facility. I've been trying to give them a shot since Dr. Abraham passed away but everything here is trash. I had a visit today with Dr. Violet. They have the nerve to charge me a $25 co pay however failed to do their job. I stopped by the office at 10 am. It is now 8:05pm and I am still without medication. I had to call not once, not twice but there times requesting for them to call in my damn medications. Guess what? They still didn't call it in the the correct pharmacy, it's been called into a pharmacy that doesn't accept my Insurance, so it would be a total of $212 for my 4 medications. I expected a better service from a facility I've visited since I moved to California. I'm extremely disappointed and beyond frustrated. I'm stuck, still sick with no meds & I'm sure they feel oh so accomplished. Save your time and money, don't visit here even if it's FREE. Go else where I promise it wouldn't be a better experience! 12/28/2019 7:57am An update so I've been on hold with CVS Pharmacy for 25 minutes all to find out out of 4 mediations needed only 1 was called in and they are still trying to charge me cash $87. So I've now visited a doctor, still don't feel well and still are without meds. Guess what Priority Care Medical Group is closed on weekends now. So it's truly just fuck me and my issues. Extremely caring staff. My husband and I were there on 3/8/21 on the waitlist for our COVID vaccinations. We waited until our name was called and when it was our turn there was only 1 vaccine left, the staff member told us to wait and she did came back with an extra dose. I was shocked at the level of dedication they showed in this time. read more

The worst place to go, my daughter was there last week she heared staff talking about going out and buying alcohol drinks while working hours, she was also waiting in waiting room for a long time hearing all none sense staff was talking about, she followed protocol for temp checked while other people was just walking in with no COVID questions asked. Once in room new students or employees where checking babies vitals and no one had an idea on what they where doing. The only reason I have my daughter stay is because of Cristina and only employee that I trust. read more

STAY AWAY! They take advantage of patients who don't speak English. They'll claim you're seeing a "doctor" but it's really some type of nurse and I bet they're billing your insurance like you were actually SEEN by a doctor! My mom had her blood drawn to test for things including diabetes, she told a "nurse" (or whatever she is) about a particular symptom so that she could tell the doctor (language barrier) and the nurse told my mom "Oh that's just your diabetes, that's normal when you're diabetic." So nurses give out a diagnosis without lab work! It's like magic! To top it off, when the "doctor" came in, the nurse didn't even tell her about the symptom my mom told her about. They have also NEVER know what medications their own patients are on even though their "doctors" are the ones who prescribe them! They went so far as to ask my mom to get a list of her medications from her pharmacy! Even the pharmacy tech couldn't believe it! We've been coming here for YEARS. Since I was a baby. I don't even go anymore but unfortunately my mom has limited transportation and this is the closest clinic. Sucks for her because these people will not take you the same day like they used to (they started with that shit before COVID so that's not why) and they sometimes DON'T HAVE ANY DOCTORS ON THE PREMISES. They have LIED to my mom's face telling her she has an appt with a DOCTOR but when she goes in she is seen by a NURSE. When she asks for a DOCTOR they say they only have a doctor once a week but they can't schedule her with the doctor! Hmm, I wonder if it's because my mom doesn't speak English? Christina is also a pain to deal with, she is rude and unprofessional. She has tried yelling at my mom before because my mom needed a different appt than the one she was offering but THANK GOODNESS I was there with her that day to step in and get her to shut up and stop being rude. Oh, they also don't know what the hell they are doing when it comes to bloodwork that they charge you for (they always claim they don't have the results yet and before you know it, they claim they need to do MORE bloodwork but they can never tell you your results!). They also don't reach out to specialists they send you to for your results. They claim to but if you reach out to the specialist they say that THIS OFFICE IS UNRESPONSIVE. It's almost like they are deliberately getting in the way of your healthcare. What the hell is going on here?? ALSO: they've deleted a similar review of mine before but rest assured that if this one gets deleted I will come back and post it again! People need to know what they're getting themselves into! I love this doctor office! I been coming here since I was a child and I wanted to post an updated review because I really feel like things are getting better with me and my health since the new doctors came. Judith is so caring, she always ask's me so many questions trying to figure out what's wrong, it makes me feel like she goes beyond her job. Alexandra has been seeing me since she started and I really appreciate how devoted she is to my health. Ever since Dr. navaro left I was hesitAnt about having a new doctor and I am actually grateful now! They motivate me to finish school because I want to be the kind of nurse who really cares about their parents like Judith and Alexander. My bestfriend, her mom and her niece all come to this doctor now because of me. read more

Pretty sure the good reviews on here are the staff themselves, because this place is the WORST! The front desk receptionist is a jerk, and she lies about paper work so she wont have to do anything! She is lazy and VERY rude. Horrible phone etiquette and awful customer service skills. There are 2 new doctors who are great; however, the front desk staff is by far the worst ! I honestly can't believe they haven't fired that receptionist! She is a HUGE problem there and is who other patients I know have complained about. I've been coming here much too long and have switched providers because of how unprofessional they are! Don't believe me? Try coming a couple of times and you'll see what I mean. This place is trash. My mother has been as well as my whole family have been going there when it was under old management for 25 years. There use to be awesome doctors. Dr. Abraham was amazing, but he retired and some of the good staff left and all the crappy ones stayed. Dr. Navato is the worse. Harrasses my Mom everytime shes there and i even remember my mother being uncomfortable since i was younger and being very inappropriate and digs into personal life. Im 25 now amd my mom calls me crying all the time saying she hates this place. No more. Filing a complaint against this place. Very unprofessional staff and apparently cant give proper diagnosis. My mother has polio!! Not "mental illness!!" Shes disabled physically, not mentally jackasses. It hasnt changed after 25 years in her charts idiots!
