I've been seeing Dr. Archna Chaudhary for a while now and honestly have had a really great experience. I've been to each of the multiple locations, and all of them are clean and easy to get in and out of. The newer office by the Long Beach Traffic Circle is especially nice. Wait times are very reasonable, I'm typically seen within 5-10 minutes... and to be fair, half the time that's because I'm walking in right at the last minute. As for Dr. Chaudhary, she's been great. She actually listens, takes her time, and explains things in a way that makes sense. She has a good balance of being gentle but also straightforward, which I personally like. I've never felt rushed, and she's open to talking through different options instead of just immediately prescribing something. I've also seen a few of the nurse practitioners and they've all been pleasant. If you're on the fence because of reviews, I'd just say go see for yourself and form your own opinion. I've recommended her to friends and family and would continue to do so.

They also messed up my appointments and orders. My first appointment, Dr Samuel Benjamin orders a few things, I was scheduled, then they said that DR didn't perform those procedures, so I was rescheduled but they needed a referral... for their OWN in-house dr. So the ball was dropped there on their end. Then they did it again.. luckily the office supervisor was right there and she heard. She had the staff re-schedule me with the correct dr. The Dr himself is caring. Dr. Samuel Benjamin took time to listen to me but we just didn't click so I started seeing a FNP, Ms. Binbin Zheng.. the reasons for visits were fairly quick but she listened to me. She didn't drag the appointment but also didn't made me feel rushed. She dresses so professional, I highly recommend her. Ok, i increased it to one more star. They answer phone calls and if you send them a message through the patient portal, they call back. They called me before a tele-health appointment too which I thought was a nice heads up. Other than that, they have their own parking lot, it's spacious. The entrance to the office is right in front of it. It's dusty but clean, somewhat spacious. They have a/c so it wasn't stuffy in the waiting room. Would I recommend this place... maybe.. yes.. depending on the reason for visit honestly. I also recommend to make sure they verify your eligibility before your appointment.. they checked mine when I checked in, that same day.

Dr. Singh was absolutely furious. She was condescending and unbelievably rude. It would be hard to overstate how rude she was--she even chewed me out for giving the pharmacy address too slowly. I have no idea what her problem is, but she took it out on me while my child was sick. Keep your children away from her.

My parents have been patients of Dr Siamak Rouzroch for approximately 24yrs. My father has had many…read morecomplaints regarding overmedicating and other things that have bothered him throughout the years. My mother always convinced my father to remain with Dr Rouzroch. Recently, my father expressed the desire to change his primary doctor to the same one that his sister has. After I met the new primary doctor, I agreed. She is wonderful! Today I informed Dr Rouzroch's office of the change and thanked them for their care. Dr Bardi, Dr Rouzroch's wife, wished us well. Dr Rouzroch called myself and my father and spoke poorly of our new primary doctor and doesn't even know who she is! He also spoke poorly of the new medical Optum, as well. But it is what he done next, that impelled me to give this review!!! He called the pharmacy and closed out ALL of my parents medications. And what's worse, he KNEW that my parents new primary care physician is not effective until February 1st! He KNEW THIS and did not care! I'm so disappointed in the vindictive traits that Dr Rouzroch has displayed. Even the pharmacy mentioned that this action was highly unusual. They stated that Dr Rouzroch also tried to have my parents prescriptions that are ready for pick up....canceled! This is beyond ridiculous, vindictive and very unprofessional. I called at approximately 11:54 a.m. to schedule an appointment for my one-month-old son, who is experiencing a severe rash outbreak and constipation. The staff member collected all of our information and scheduled us for an appointment on Thursday at 1:45 p.m. Toward the end of the call, she asked whether my son had received any vaccines. I explained that he had not yet, but that I did intend to vaccinate him while requesting that his vaccinations be spaced out. As his parent, I believe it is my responsibility to make informed medical decisions on his behalf in consultation with his physician. The staff member placed me on hold to ask whether the office would accommodate that request. When she returned, she informed me that my son could not be seen because I did not want to follow the office's standard vaccine schedule. I was shocked that my infant was denied an appointment for unrelated medical concerns based on a discussion about future vaccination scheduling. My son needed to be evaluated for a significant rash and constipation, yet I was told he could not be seen at all. That experience left me feeling that my concerns as a parent were dismissed rather than addressed. As a result, I contacted my insurance company and filed a grievance regarding my experience. Regardless of differing policies, I believe every family deserves respectful communication, transparency about office policies, and compassionate care--especially when an infant has immediate health concerns. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this office. To the woman who took my call you lack ethical principles such as autonomy do not ever try to move up the ladder in the nursing field you don't have what it takes.
