She gave me correct parking instructions compared to other instructors. We did a lot of practice and she took me to roads that were hard and tough to drive. She was also flexible and allowed me to take night classes that worked around my work schedule. The bad thing was almost every class was late at night when the sky was pitch black although it did challenge me enough to drive through the streets in the dark. So that was good preparation for the exam. Luckily I passed the exam with her.

I did receive a refund for my unused portions of the package I paid for. I enrolled as a complete beginner and made that very clear from the start. Instead of receiving patient instruction, I experienced an instructor (Michael) who became frustrated with beginner mistakes and raised his voice during lessons. It was also extremely fast paced for a 20 lesson full package deal. On my third day I was being taught a 3 point turn and parallel parking when I was not comfortable turning onto roads and being centered on roads. There were also communication and scheduling issues. On one occasion, I arrived for what I believed was my scheduled lesson, only to find out the time had been changed without any phone call, email, or text notification. Despite the instructor being available, I spent approximately 40 minutes sitting in the vehicle while he stopped at McDonald's and handled personal matters rather than conducting the lesson. During multiple lessons, the instructor took lengthy personal phone calls while I was in the car, including highly personal conversations that contained inappropriate language. As a student learning to drive for the first time, I expected my instructor's full attention and professionalism, not distractions and personal matters. What ultimately made me decide to leave was being told after only three lessons that my remaining lessons and road test had been canceled because I was allegedly "too nervous." I had attended every lesson, was eager to learn, and had only just begun driving. Although I was offered another instructor, by that point I had lost confidence in the school's professionalism and chose to seek instruction elsewhere. Additionally, while waiting for one of my lessons, I overheard another student discussing a negative experience he had with an instructor named Frank. Under normal circumstances I would not place much weight on another student's experience alone. However, after everything I had personally experienced, hearing another student express similar frustrations further reduced my confidence in the school as a whole. Called to ask for more info and the receptionist (sajida) was extremely sweet and helpful, she said I could pass by same day and so, I did. Since I'm in the midst of moving to NJ I needed to start my lessons quickly. On the same day sajida arranged with my instructor Rahim (he is also in charge of everything). Once another young lady took care of me while I was at their office a little earlier before my second lesson and she was super nice too! Rahim is an older man who is very straight to the point and answered all my questions, he lets you drive and explains as you go. Because of his accent it may be hard to understand certain things sometimes, but it's not difficult. I would recommend him as an instructor. He was my instructor for 3 out the 5 lessons. Then came Iman (not sure if that's how his name its spell) he is a young guy, explains things very easily, I took my last 2 lessons with him and we concentrated mostly on parallel parking and broken U-turn. He also explains every mistake and what not to do that will get you an automatic fail. Iman also took me to the road test today and I PASSED! ON MY FIRST TRY. I combined Rahim and Iman's way of teaching and thanks to that I must say I did it. I will bring my husband and mother to take their lessons here very soon!

One class, certificate, booking appoint and road test with school's car. We requested and pay a little extra for rush appointment. The school showed all details expenses with no hidden fees like another school I experienced. Monir helped us get an appointment within 3 days !!! The instructor, Krishna is superb.
