I made the booking over the phone and the payments online, we agreed on a pick up location, date and time and everything went smoothly. The car was comfortable and in good condition. This is bull my son took a class with all seasons and didn't finish the classes and did not take the road test with the school due to the owner passing. I contacted this school and they were rude and did not help me at all! I would jot recommend them at all!!! Its a scam stay away! To the OWNER OF ALL PIOLT. I have been contacting you!! Please read my story and decide for yourself if you want to use this business. I have waited months to complete and post this review. After being taken by another driving school (Learn Rite) that went belly up without refunding the money, I was skeptical of this school.  But my son needed to get his license. I paid this school a visit in mid May. The school office was located in the basement and looked chaotic. The older gentlement (Frank) who accepted my payment was somewhat helpful. Signing up was quick. I told him my son needed to complete his lessons and take the road test before he was to return to college in mid August. I was assured that would not be a problem. We discussed the 5 hour class that my son had to take and Frank told me there were 2 dates available, June 5 and June 12. I told him I wanted my son to take the June 5th class. He said ok and wrote the date on a sheet of paper for me. I called 5 days before 6/5 and was told by a female employee (Laura) that my son was not signed up for that class. She told me to come June 12th.  I insisted that was the date that I asked for and Frank agreed on. She said she would call back to confirm.  I called 2 days later at 10 am and wasn't able to get through until 12:30 pm. I spoke to Laura who again asked me to come June 12. I refused stating that plans were already made. I again told her Frank wrote June 5th down.  She said ok then. On June 5, while my son was in the 5 hr class, I called the school to try to arrange for lessons. Frank told me to call Laura on the following Monday.  The 5 hour class went ok but the issuance of certificate was very SLOW.  A whole hour wait for the certificate! I called on Monday and made the first driving lesson appointment. Laura assigned Frank to be my son's instructor. I was originally told pick up from home would be available (I live about 10 minutes from the school). But she asked me to drop my son off at the office. I agreed that one time but told her I couldn't do that every lesson since I work. My son was dropped off at the house. My son had his second lesson with Frank a week later and that did not go well. Frank gave little instructions or feedback. He didn't even remember my son at first when he had just given him a lesson only a week ago. When I made the 3rd appointment, I requested a different instructor. Laura assigned Richard and he was absolutely wonderful! After the 6th lesson (out of a total of 10), I called Laura to inquire if my son had been scheduled for his road test. She said this and that, meaning she did not schedule one for him. And she told me it was not likely one could be scheduled before my son returns to college. At that point I was livid. I pointed out I had told them during sign up over 2 months ago about my son returning to school (college campus) in mid August. I asked if she expected me to bring my son back home from college? She said she would work on it. I told her I would call her back the next day. I called the next day and Laura told me there was a cancellation so my son could take the road test in 1.5 weeks. With 4 lessons remaining, we scrambled to schedule them. At first she was only able to schedule about 3 and tried to convince me to use the last lesson for defensive driving course or another lesson after he fails the road test. What kind of school would say that when their own instructor told my son he had been driving well?  During the next few subsequent days and mutliple calls, we were able to agree on the 4 lessons. Today is my son's last lesson followed by his road test. Richard was instructed to take my son to take the test at Cunningham Park. But he called Laura and was told it was supposed to be Kissena Park. More confusion! Anyway, I am relieved that my son passed the road test! .... Summary: I give 5 stars to Richard the instructor and zero star for this business. Hence the overall 2 stars. This school is only efficient when they took my money during registration. Lessons could only be made on a weekly basis so I could not plan ahead. They do not offer online scheduling. One must call to schedule but their phone was always busy. I usually would get through after redialing 15 times consecutively. The hours posted are not accurate. It has been such a stressful experience dealing with this school. I hope they read my review and make positive changes to how they operate.   If you decide to use this school, ask for Richard as your instructor. read more

Excellent from start to finish! New owners are better than the former ones- so much more organized and efficient. I was able to do everything on line and via text with Kelly who was very accommodating. Winnie was excellent for my son- she was warm and easy going and very patient. He passed the first time as we knew he would and his experience was so good that now at 51 years old never having used my license I am going to take a refresher course. I'm giving this review 4 stars because of the instructors. I had a couple of different instructors because of my work and school availability. Every instructor I had (John, Tony & Winnie) we're all AMAZING. They made me feel very comfortable and helped me to grow and feel comfortable driving. Because of them I passed my first time and I'm eternally grateful for them. Thank you guys so so so much! You guys rock!!!! The reason this is not getting a full 5 stars is because of the front desk/scheduling process. I had purchased the 20 lesson package as I did not have anyone at home who I could practice with. First off, calling to get someone to schedule was a nightmare. I would have to call 15-20 times to HOPE someone would answer the phone. And Every time that I eventually did get someone on the phone, I would obviously try to schedule more than one lesson with the ladies since it was so difficult to get someone on the phone the first time. Every-time I tried, it was always a hassle. If I tried to schedule a second lesson that week or set up something for the following week, I would be told to wait until I finished my lesson this week and call back. Do you know the issue with that? When you call back, it takes FOREVER for someone to answer and when they finally do answer, slots are already taken! There were times that because of this method I had to go 2 sometimes 3 weeks without a lesson. AGAIN, I had NO ONE at home to practice with so imagine going 3 weeks without practicing? Obviously the next time you drive, you're going to feel awkward and unsure of yourself. It wasn't until David starting helping them with scheduling that my lessons were more consistent and I was able to actually get a person on the phone relatively fast. David, I thank you so much for your kindness, professionalism and assistance. Keep doing what you're doing because more people appreciate it than you could possibly know. As for the women that work in this office? They need an attitude check. They're always curt and rude; complete opposite of David. And they were the ones that were unwilling to let me schedule more than one lesson at a time. The first time David answered, one of the first things he said was "oh, I see your behind on lessons! Let's try to catch you up to speed" and proceeded to schedule several lessons. I don't understand why that is so easy for him to notice and do but it was a battle with the other women? I was so close to just abandoning this school a couple of times because of how frustrated I would get. Honestly if David hadn't said that/helped, I would have given up on this school. One woman even chastised me because I didn't answer the phone when she called me. Like who wants to answer the phone when they're using the bathroom?? Do YOU wanna hear me pooping?? I didn't think so. Ugh. Anywho, good school as far as instructors go & scheduling with David. If you get anyone else to schedule with, hang up. The 5 hour class isn't the most exciting but you get the info through video lessons and you're out the door. This is perfect for me as I work full time and am also taking classes. It's in person but they required that everyone wear a mask which is great. I did the road lesson with Tony (one of the instructors). He was great! Made you feel comfortable and he made sure to spend the most time on parking for me because I explained that's what I was most uncomfortable with. I am going to request him for all my lessons! On Monday I placed an order for a five hour class package Thursday I had called to set up an appointment they told me to come in Saturday at 9:15 AM. I left my house around 6 o'clock in the morning to get there on time for 9:15am. I get there which took me three hours because the trains were not running properly, i'm ringing the bell and I'm ringing the bell to get inside of the building nobody is answering I get confused and called the office multiple times. Not ONE Answer! Then I see a man entering the building with the key, I go inside and get downstairs to see this sign. Perfect way for this "company" to ruin my weekend. I had failed my road test twice, so from a friend's recommendation, I called All Seasons. (I had originally been taking lessons from another school, but they could not take me to my road test...little did I know it would become a fortunate turn of events!) The lady on the phone, Laura, was courteous and friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of before the day of my road test. I had scheduled a lesson, and they gave me a lesson before my road test also. Well, they sent me an instructor named Richard, and he is so encouraging and such an excellent teacher...I was a nervous wreck before my road test, but I passed with flying colors! And after two failures I thought I would never get my license. And he arrived early and cheerful the morning of my road test, and it was at 8:30 AM (he got here at 6:45 AM for my before-road-test-lesson), and the pep talk he gave me before the DMV inspector got into the car was a huge confidence boost. I advice you to avoid talking to anyone name Laura or Johanna. They do not know how to talk to their customers, and are extremely rude and unprofessional. I found the 5hr course super informative, you get shown a handful of videos, lunch break, more videos, then go home. Plus the instructor that was there made it really interesting. I took the 5 lesson package and my instructor was Dave. Dave's a really great instructor! My instructor is Richard and bless him!!! I have driving anxiety and still question my own every move and he is so patient with me !! Never once put me down instead makes me laugh my whole lesson when I make mistakes and helps me correct them and don't hesitate to ask silly questions !! He will help you understand it and help you correct any thing you need. I felt so much more confident and once I took my road test, I realized just how prepared I was. I signed my daughter up for lessons when she got her permit. She has never gotten behind the wheel before and I didn't want to start her with my car which was bigger and more powerful. I was told by a friend to ask for Benjamin, that she took lessons from him and said he was great. So I signed her up for 10 lessons. He came to the house to pick her up, she was a bit nervous at first but he made her feel calm. When she came back from her first lesson she said she felt comfortable and he was very good and explaining what to do. She finished all her lessons, took her road test this week and passed. Totally recommend this school and Sonny especially! After just 10 lessons with Sonny, I passed the road test on the first try. I'm truly impressed by the progress we made in such a short amount of time considering that two months ago I was scared to even move a car. Sonny teaches you all the techniques you need to know and constantly quizzes you as you drive to make sure you don't forget them. With less than a month of driving experience, I took my road test today and passed with room to spare! All Seasons recommends that you take lessons from the same instructor, but I had lessons with both Dave and Benjamin and think that I benefitted from having two different instructors-- they were both very knowledgeable, but I liked that they had different teaching styles. I definitely wouldn't have passed the test without their guidance and am very thankful to them. I think whenever I'm driving I'll always hear Benjamin's voice telling me to "slow down" when I'm approaching a turn and Dave's voice saying "a little gas, a little gas" when I'm in the middle of making the turn. read more

What I love about All Seasons is that they stick you with ONE instructor and ONE car consistently so you get used to the car you'll be driving for your road test. I was in a car accident at a young age and ever since driving makes me anxious and nervous. I had Dave the first time, he made me very antsy. I switched to Tony, he was ok. I took a 6 month break and called back to make an appointment before my $415 10 lessons of 45 minutes package expires. (Overpriced but I trusted Yelp reviews). The staff who answer the phone will put you on hold to answer other calls. They make you repeat yourself since they are barely listening. My first lesson in a while, there was a rescheduling issue. I text the driver early morning, no response. I call the office and a male staff says to call the driver. (I don't understand why he couldn't call his own employee but ok). I call, someone else picks up, tells me the driver is unavailable. I call back the office, staff yells at me and blames me for his employee not having a cellphone on him. He calms down, says it's fine, don't go. I explain I am just looking to reschedule, is there anyone available tomorrow. He says no. I say are you available the day after? He says no. I ask him when they're available and he screams at me, he doesn't know availability because of the snowstorm. I said that's fine but do you know what day I can make an appointment for? He keeps repeating himself condescendingly there is a snowstorm. I tell him I understand but kindly ask for an estimated day. FINALLY he says call back Friday. What kind of establishment is this... I call back today (Friday), a female staff answers she has on record I went to that lesson. I explain what happened. She proceeds to belittle me the same way the male did about not calling their driver promptly (which I did). She challenges me to send her proof of my text/call to the driver and says she will discuss with the male staff (apparently the owner) to "verify" my statement. At this point I am annoyed and traumatized from attempting to drive again. Please stay AWAY! The reviews about unprofessional customer service are true! They sign you up for packages and purposely impede on scheduling. They could care less. UPDATE ---------------------------------------------------------------- 10 minutes after writing this review, I check my receipt for the refund policy which states they have to refund you the remaining amount upon request. I was refused service because I brought up if it's possible to process a name and gender marker correction at the same time of getting my license as I have docuements ready to do so. Just a hypothetical question to be honest. They said no because it'll complicate things. Understandable, so best to assume I can just continue with my current information and do the changes after like if I were to not mention this at all. Apparently no as they said that is not possible. None of their reasons made any kind of sense at all. No matter how much I was presenting flexible options that I'm willing to do in order to start taking driving lessons they didnt want to work with me at all. This gave me the feeling that this office has transphobic conservative beliefs and I wasn't welcome there. I was forced to find one of the many nearby competitors and recieved WAY better service in all avenues. Please skip All Seasons and let them dry up with the times. I grew up in NYC and so I never bothered to learn how to drive. I had absolutely no experience before signing up for lessons but All Seasons made the process extremely easy (if not a little boring). I sat through one five hour video presentation and had a regularly scheduled lesson every week with Dave. I have no comment about the customer service because I had basically no interaction with the All Seasons staff. This isn't a nail salon. My contact with them over the course of 4 months was maybe 10 minutes to sign up for lessons, 10 minutes before attending the five hour presentation, and that's it. The instructors are the people that matter, and with respect to the instructors, Dave was always on time and sent a text message the day before every lesson as a reminder. By the end of the lessons (the last one was a refresher on the day of the road test) I felt very confident going into the test that Dave had given me the best chance possible to succeed. If you have Dave as an instructor he's going to tell you that you're going to hear his voice in your head during the test giving you instructions every step of the way - and he's right. During the lessons he gives you constant feedback and constant reminders about what you should be doing, and that repetition makes it stick. read more

All she cared about was my money, when all I wanted was information. I went to another driving school, what a difference! I had bought two ten class sessions and haven't even finished them because I've had to constantly change driving "teachers". I've had so many horrible lessons that ended in me not even retaining any information because every single one of these fake instructors gives you attitude and makes learning uncomfortable. One of the instructors, Sonny, even made a racial comment at the end of my lesson saying, "if Asian people can drive then so can you." Another case was when one of the instructors showed up 15 mins late and didn't even call me when they were outside, causing me to miss the lesson because I had to go to work at a certain time. After a HORRIBLE experience at AUTOCRAFT driving school, where my instructor made sexist jokes about women driving and was constantly on his phone which led to me failing the road test... The experience with All Seasons has been amazing. I developed a huge fear of driving after I failed my first road test with another driving school about 8 years ago (my hands used to shake like a shivering Chihuahua), but my new instructor, Ezra, eased me into feeling comfortable behind the wheels. He was clear with instructions, gave helpful tips of the road, and didn't "hover" over my wheel while I was driving. He was calm and cracked a bunch of jokes during the lessons, which helped ease my anxiety when driving. They have wonderful staff, especially the woman over the phone who was sooo sweet and nice, and the guy teaching the pre-licensing course was a great orator. I started with All Seasons in August 2017 to take the 5 hour pre licensing course with the $35 Groupon deal that comes with 1 free lesson. The instructor for the class, Joe Altshuler was excellent- he taught about safe & defensive driving by showing many videos & sharing different real-life examples & personal experiences. For my first lesson, Joanna, one of the front desk staff, referred me to Benjamin. Little did I know that he would be one of the best instructors ever. I was really nervous on the first lesson, since I had little driving experience, having only practiced a few times prior. However, after just the first lesson, I learned so much already- from making proper turns to performing a 3 point U-turn, & even parallel parking. I became more confident & comfortable with driving. Benjamin has you drive right away from the start of the lesson- he doesn't drive you to the practice site or road test site, in order to see right away what your flaws are & what specifically needs to be corrected, which is an excellent technique. This is a technique that not many instructors know how to do properly. He also calms you down, no matter how nervous you are. A key lesson that I also learned is to not let yourself get nervous or at least don't allow your nerves to get to you since it will definitely affect your driving & your progress. Even on the road test, try to not get nervous & it will go quicker than you think. I ended up taking the 10 lesson package which includes the road test on the date of the last lesson & this was adequate amount of practice I needed. Thank God & thanks to Benjamin, I passed my road test today, on my first try! I also would say that some of the front desk staff were excellent & efficient to work with scheduling your lessons, like Joanna & also Destiny, who was there during the summer. Overall, my experience was excellent & for new drivers or for drivers who want to improve or brush up on their skills, I would highly recommend to have Benjamin as your instructor. I'd also recommend scheduling your lessons about 2 weeks in advance since he does get booked quickly. Additionally, it's good to call the school a few days before your lesson to confirm the date & time, since I did have a couple of mix-ups/over booking situations & a few times in which I scheduled a lesson, but the scheduler did not notify Benjamin to put in his calendar. So that's just a heads up. Afterwards taking lessons with Benjamin, you will definitely feel much more confident in your ability to drive. read more
