wow. I can't believe I am writing the first yelp review on this studio!…read more My friend and I went to check out LV yoga last night for the first time. The first class is FREE if you fill out the online wavier. The building setup its self is a little confusing but once we got to the sign in area we were squared away. The staff is SUPER friendly, the studio is neat and clean: offering large bathrooms, a changing area with shower and more. We did the hot yoga level 1-2 with Courtney. She was funny and sweet and very easy to understand. The class was definitely challenging. I am no professional yogi so some of the moves were hard for me but I did the best I could and she gave us alternate poses to do if we got to hot, tired or too challenged. I love the background music she played it kept me motivated at the end as we were laying there she walked around and put cold wash clothes on our foreheads. It was delightful!! My friend and I loved the overall experience and since they are running a summer special we will definitely be back!!

My only slightly negative comment is that there is a slight smell of exhaust fumes, which could be because it's an older building and above a hardware store. It passes quickly and it does look like there is a heavy duty air purifier, so would not deter me in anyway from returning.

Teacher tried to drown out the other teacher's barking voice with music. With my head unfortunately near the speaker and my instructor's soft voice, I could not hear her and figured out what poses we were doing by looking around the room. Again, not relaxing. The studio also put my email immediately on a list for a "Nift Gift card." Luckily I used my junkmail account. Altogether a waste of $20 imo. Easy parking, if you are interested in perhaps doing one of their other classes (I would not recommend taking any class that requires a calm atmosphere). And again, use that junkmail account because this studio has no compunction about sharing your private details for profit.

I really like that the instructor gave modification and challenge options as we went through the poses and workouts. This was different than other barre classes that I've been to - rather than focus on arms and move on, we did arms but then some options in the other poses/circuits later on also included arms. My muscles were definitely fatigued but that's what we were going for! I still liked it though! If you're new to barre and considering this class it's definitely worth a try! The workouts don't look as tough as they are but you'll feel the burn shortly after you've just started pulsing! I think what I like most about barre in general is that it's low impact - this class definitely stayed true to that but I still had a little sweat going on as I went through the poses. Your muscles will shake but that's good and you know that it's working! When I walked in, the receptionist was polite and cheerful and made it a point to introduce me to the instructor because it was my first. I really liked that - then the instructor knew to keep an eye on me if I was struggling and she knew my name (love it when they let you and the whole class know you're doing a great job). The studio was super clean and it looked they had a childcare option so you don't have to schedule around a babysitter to get your workout in! Also the studio has big windows that overlook the parking lot. The sunlight was really nice as we were working out. So glad a barre studio is finally in the Lehigh Valley!

It was literally my first class here and I wasn't even there 5 mins before I walked out. As a yoga instructor how you can possibly think it's ok to do that to someone is beyond me. That is not the type of mentality I'm looking for in a yoga studio and should never be promoted. Updating to add that Ali just called me to explain herself and the type of yoga this studio practices. She called it "militant" and stood by her actions in calling me out during class. I'm disappointed this isn't the studio for me and want to make sure others don't experience this type of trauma in their yoga practice if this isn't their style of practice. It's quite devastating.
