I knew my husband had spent a lot of money on this so I called the shop immediately. They brought me out a new arrangement, but it was considerably smaller than the first arrangement. I told the driver and wanted to take pictures, but he said I'll take them and take them back to the shop owner. I sent her an email stating that I hoped my husband would be getting a partial refund due to the significant difference in the size of the arrangements. Three days later, she sent me an email back saying that she gave me more expensive lilies, and therefore it was the same cost, which is unacceptable. The second arrangement was better, albeit small. The customer service is just not there in my opinion. Being new to this area I now know where not to buy my flowers.!

Behind the greenhouse, we had a delightful time listening to our instructors who clearly have worked side by side at the farm. Educational facts about herbs with a sprinkling of humor began the event. It is so wonderful to attend a class where they share their knowledge about the herbs and their uses. They give you salient advice that helps you decide on which herbs fit the taste profile you enjoy so you build your herb pot on what fits you.
