I originally contacted them on July 5th to come to our home for an estimate. It took them till July 12th to respond. They arrived July 13th and Gary (owner) said he would sent me an estimate for the work via text in two days. I texted Gary on July 23rd asking for the estimate...he chose to ignore my text. I then called the office on July 31st asking for a return call and received no response. I waited until August 8th and was told by the office person she had received my vm...(didn't bother to return my call) that she would speak to Gary and would return my call right away...NO RESPONSE! I am so disappointed in their customer service and obvious lack of interest in following through so that they could have our business.

I specifically chose the large size because I wanted them to have a big, gorgeous centerpiece for some very, very important photos this year. What got delivered was not only NOT the size I ordered, it looks like it was hastily thrown together by someone who doesn't know what they're doing, or possibly toppled over and then got trampled during the delivery process. They are closed today and there is no option to leave a voice mail message when I called. I am extremely sad and disappointed, because there is no way to fix this before Christmas.

It is a nice store they have, the employees were helpful and the prices were great for the rental! Returning the U-Haul truck was easy too! The entire transaction went smoothly and I know I'll be back to see what other services and products they have, as I live 2 minutes away. However, the store can be a bit easy to miss, especially if you are coming down Schoolhouse Road. They do have a sign, you just need to keep an eye out for it. You can also come down Nice Road from Allentown Road, but the road isnt quite...nice (ironically, I know). Whichever way you choose, Bishops is definitely worth checking out!

The store is not open to the public yet, and unfortunately until that happens, google does not allow her to list the store operation hours. Currently there is no one in the office to answer the phone, because she and her husband are only in the shop on Saturdays; but if you leave a message, she will return your call. Marie invited me to see her in her shop yesterday, we had a nice conversation, and I was able to look at the paint swatches that definitely helped me pick out the right colors, she answered to all my questions, and also gave me some very good tips and ideas for my project. She is a talented artist as well as her husband, and I was delighted to discover that we have the same taste when it comes to decor, as we both share the love for antique and ornate pieces of furniture. She told me that the store will probably open to the public after the holidays. I am looking forward to that day! Thank you,Marie
