She is super personable to talk to - that my session went by pretty quickly - and so skilled at what she does. I sent over two inspo pictures and she got the design just right with the font, spacing and even delicateness of the letters! I absolutely love it. I normally get skin hives from environmental stressors but my tattoo was only slightly red immediately after and not hiving at all in the recovery. It is healing really well, too. I was told Melissa, the piercer at Pretty In Ink, put a post that was too short in my nose. Also she pierced me so far back I had to get repierced yesterday and pay an additional fee for it because once it heals I wouldn't be able to switch to a hoop. I told her upfront I wanted to switch to a hoop eventually and showed her the jewelry I purchased and told her the size. She still did not take any of that into consideration when I relied on her expertise as a piercer. I am disappointed and frustrated and out of another $80+ because of my experience with Pretty In Ink. I tried to reach out to them for resolution but I was was ignored and did not receive a response.
