Time passed and either of us knew that the other did not receive the service I attempted to reach Trinity on multiple occasions, to include calling, texting, and even stopping by the shop, to no avail. I wanted my nose re-pierced for my 35th birthday and found this shop on yelp. I called in the morning and made an appointment for 330 that afternoon. I texted the number on the website and received a detailed response right away. Trinity introduced herself as my "Master Piecer" and when I arrived, she knew exactly who I was, even greeting me by name. Trinity might be one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Her kind and welcoming demeanor really make you forget she's about to stab you in the face. She assured me: "all I need is 19 seconds" and please believe I counted. She was right. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I got the stud, because she didn't have a gold ring. But, she says she will gladly switch out any jewelry if I didn't feel comfortable doing it on my own. Gave the shop a call and was informed appointments have to be made however I was able to come in within the next hour to get the piercing. Once arriving to the shop, the owner was very pleasant and professional. The shop was very clean and organize. The owner really new her stuff and I was very comfortable. I really wanted to give them a chance. The reviews are awesome and they are close to home. Per their website, I texted re: a nose piercing. I recieved a response within an hour or 2 that they didn't have the time I asked for available. They gave me an alternate time that didn't work for me. I asked about other availability via text. No response for a few hours so I called. The person pleasantly told me they close every Wednesday for deep cleaning. I told them I asked for other days and times in my text. They didn't seem really interested in discussing at the moment. They said they respond to texts. It's been over a week and they haven't responded. No worries, I went elsewhere the next day and am extremely happy. Just know, I wanted to come to your establishment. Not sure if my situation was an anomaly but if not, might want to have a system to ensure that you respond so you don't lose a potential customer. read more

Since it was her first piercing she walked us through the process step by step & told her what to expect and explained how to clean it and what to expect while it's healing. I had a large botched tattoo that several artists in the DMV area refused to finish or fix. Trinity was the first artist that had the ability and creativity to finally finish and improve it. Her studio was impeccable, she took the measures needed to minimize our exposure to the corona virus seriously and she was extremely pleasant and professional. I got two piercings from this place, nipple piercing and nose ring piercing, the nose ring they did great! But my nipple piercing, I have inverted nipples and before I scheduled my appointment I called and asked if she knew how to do inverted nipple piercings and she told me yes when in reality, she does not. When I got home I knew it was done wrong cause it looked weird but I wanted to give her a benefit of the doubt. I went to a piercing specialist a week later and was told that the piercing was done wrong and it was pierced deeply when it shouldn't have been. I blame myself for not doing enough research but I don't understand why she would tell me she does invertible nipples when she can't. That's money and time wasted and now I have to wait a month for my nipples to heal so I can get it pierced the right way. read more
