However, my second experience confirmed ongoing issues with communication and follow-through. After the water line repair, I later contacted him about a broken toilet flange. He said it was an easy fix, and since it wasn't urgent, I told him he could fit it in when he had availability. About a week later, he reached out with several possible dates and we agreed on a specific day. The day before the appointment, I texted to ask what time to expect him and was told between 10 a.m. and noon. That morning, I let him know I was briefly running an errand and asked him to text when he was ready to head over, as I could be home within 15 minutes. By 10 a.m. I was back home and texted to confirm I was there. He never showed up and never responded to any of my messages that day. While the quality of work may be good, the lack of communication and missed appointments make it difficult to rely on him. Based on my experiences, I would recommend this plumber only if scheduling reliability and responsiveness are not critical for you.

I contacted Sbragia Septic Service through Yelp, and Jonathon got back to me within a day. I had him out to inspect the septic system. He was able to come back the next day to fix both in and out flow, and get our septic system in a better place in short order. I was highly impressed by how detailed Jonathon was in explaining what was going on with our system, how quickly he was able to affect repairs, and also the information he was able to provide should we want to upgrade our system in the future.
