Rick came out the same day, was on time, explained what treatment he was doing and even put some bait down free of charge. He now comes quarterly and I have not seen one bugs in my house since. Its very relieving to have a trustworthy company that I dont have to worry about conflicting schedules for my appointments and have Rick let himself in with my keys in lockbox. He always texts me after with an update and to reassure me that he locked both doors and how everything went. I refer Techno pest to everyone and anyone! His assistant Melissa was very nice and professional and very organized and always makes sure my receipts have a nice touch. She and Rick always answer my calls and texts right away as well. Thank you Techno Pest!!!!

Family owned business. You can set up a one time visit. Quarterly visits or monthly visits. Lately I discovered a swarm of bees under my siding. I called and spoke to Terry and she got in touch with Tom, her husband, immediately. He was out that same day and took care of my problem. It was the day before his vacation but he knew how urgent this was and found the time for us. We had another situation with a squirrel in our roof. Tom brought out traps. Figured out how the squirrel was getting in. He has saved us from so many unpleasant situations with pests and insects. Tom uses natural pesticides and has respect for my home. If he doesn't see the need to spray inside he only treats the outside. I highly recommend Terry and Tom. On a side note. My daughter had termites. She got estimates from the major termite companies. She called TnT and Tom was so thorough and reasonable and explained everything to her. She was 'sold' because of his knowledge and honesty. If you live in the area and have issues with pests you can't go wrong calling this company.

I live in Medford Lakes and called Pest Technologies to address carpenter bees and an interior moth…read moreproblem. Mike called me within a few hours and set up an inspection. Mike was very pleasant and explained that spaying for carpenter bees was weather dependent. Temperatures have to be above 60 and there needs to be low wind. Mike explained the types of chemicals he used and addressed all my questions. He was able to come out and treat in less than a week. Mike explained the lifecycle of the moth and indicated that the dogfood and birdseed in the garage would draw moths in there. It's been more than a week and no moths, no carpenter bees.

My call was answered by Michelle who was efficient, and very friendly and an appointment was scheduled for the same week. Mike was again very pleasant and efficient. He answered all my questions before leaving. I know no one ever wants to need an exterminator but if you do, don't hesitate to call them. The pricing was very competitive and a follow up visit was included in the original price. Did have a few return and a follow up visit was scheduled within a few days, again very pleasantly. Unfortunately, people doing their jobs isn't always the norm anymore, so I try to acknowledge it when they do! Many thanks to Michelle and Mike. It's been a pleasure other than the creepy crawlies I needed to call you for.

I was extremely disappointed with this business. Our neighbors have used them for years and…read morecouldn't say nicer things about them. We don't really have an ant problem but the stink bugs were unreal so I called and scheduled an appointment. Our neighbors said they do their whole house for about $40 - not bad! My husband was home when the exterminator showed up but he had to run out for five minutes to Wawa. He was gone, no more than five minutes and the exterminator was GONE by the time he got home. The two big kicks in the tits? For a four minute spray, I was charged $80!!! The second? WE HAD SO MANY BUGS LAST SUMMER! This summer I just used the Ortho Home Defense stuff and I literally just saw the first stink bug of the summer this week on the outside of my screen on the second floor. Terrible...I will never use them again. Save your money.

Paul from Brothers Exterminating makes a visit to casa Alexis the first Thursday of every month and…read morehe rocks my socks. Period. Mice, creepy bugs, flies, whatever other random pests may haunt your nightmares, Paul will sweep in and kick 'em out before you can scream, "Ack!" The monthly visit is probably priced accordingly (bless my landlord and her willingness to provide these sorts of things...) but it means he knows all of the nooks and crannies of the place and can find all the grody stuff that boyfriend and I either can't find or don't care to find (moldy maggot-eaten mouse carcasses? no thank you). Willing to move the oven away from the wall to plug little holes in the foundation? Sure! Happy to do thorough perimeter checks, foam/caulk gun thing in hand? Absolutely. Willing to crawl around in the basement (which is lovely and finished but still... a basement) to lay traps and retrieve traps? No problem! Explaining everything and addressing any specific issues in detail? Paul's your man. We figured there was some kind of dead cretin in our walls or something after we suffered five to ten houseflies every day for a week. Of course, Paul shows up and finds said deceased gross thing within ten minutes. Picks it up, hauls it out, kills the flies dead, and we haven't had a problem since. Fifteen hundred cheers for this man for helping his customers sleep easy.

I wanted it removed immediately, but the first 3 or 4 companies I called either didn't answer, or they wanted way too much money, or they couldn't come out untill the next day....or several days. And then I called Terminator The Exterminator. Jeff, the owner answered and after asking me a few questions, said he'd be over in about an hour. And an hour later, there he was, ready to go to work. He thoroughly destroyed the nest, and even removed it from my property. He was a ruthless bug assassin. And what's more, he was friendly, professional, and charged me a very fair price. At my request he checked my property for any additional nests, and he even followed up the next day by calling me, and making sure everything was allright. Jeff will now be first on my list should I ever need a bug terminator. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100082915055640
