Additionally, when I told them I was unhappy with the services provided and ask for a refund or compensated services, they refused and instead tried to get me to pay for more treatments! This was a major financial commitment for me and all for a treatment that provided NO benefit. I would not recommend this place to anyone because they will not be honest with you about the results you will see. Do not waste your money- seek providers who are transparent about both the potential benefits and limitations of the treatment.

Didn't have much strength, the didn't finish. She did about 2/3 of one side and quit after 40 mins. If I would have quit this would have been a two star review. But thankfully I didn't. I tried Alicia, who is very hard to book and that is understandable because she was fantastic. Let me reiterate, I do not recommend any of the massage therapist, other than Alicia. One of the best massages I have had in a long time.
