Stopped in to warm up on a cold night and Helltown did not disappoint! There were a few seats at the bar, despite there being live music that night. There were also a few spots available at some picnic style tables. The bartenders were quick to take our orders and pour our beers. $6 for a pint is definitely fair and the #7 Belgian Wit was right up my alley. The bar top is smooth, beautiful raw wood and the stools were comfy! We enjoyed the atmosphere. I'd definitely come back.

This was our first visit to Helltown Brewery in Houston. Now we've successfully visited every location of theirs. This was a nice place. When you walk in you smell fresh tires, as they share the space with another place. The brewery is well put together. The staff is friendly, they have decent amount of places to sit inside the brewery including outside. We decided to sit outside since it was nice and warm for the moment. As always the beer is good here. I always get something good and nearly always stick with a hazy ipa. It was nice to see that they have wine from some of our favorite wineries PK Winery and Silvermark cellars

First time coming to Helltown taproom and it was awesome! Plenty of indoor, and outdoor seating (picnic tables) dogs are allowed outside on the uncovered patio. Beer selection was great, and super tasty. Reasonable prices, and friendly service. We came for open mic night, which is always posted on their Facebook page, all of the performers were AMAZING! I couldn't believe how great everyone was. They have a menu that you can order from (on a communal iPad) but also allow outside food, so we decided to order from a local pizza place nearby that we could walk to and pickup. For everyone wondering about covid situation; the bartenders were not wearing masks. Social distancing was a enforced table wise, but customers weren't wearing a mask when they were walking through the restaurant. I was freaked out by the lack of masks, but I honestly can't knock this place because their beer, and atmosphere were so awesome. They have corn hole tournaments every week as well. I'm hoping to come back soon, especially for open mic night. PS they have Leonas ice cream sandwiches!

Great beers, good bands and a great venue to spend time. It's especially great in nice weather with the open air atmosphere.

So coming from Texas, we don't have neighborhood taverns. Just not legal I guess. NH was something I would have seen in an Archie Bunker scene. We were not disappointed. Great bar setting. Great food. Family atmosphere. As for the food, me being a wing guy, I got wings w/ sauce on the side. I do this as it keeps the wings crispier I was not disappointed. Wings were awesome. Hot. Crispy. And then touched with a bit of sauce, OH SO GOOD. My coworker and I each got the hand cut French fries as a side and we should have shared. Huge portions and so hot and crisp. Add some ketchup and a little black pepper, bammm, mmmmm so good. I wish we in Texas had places like New Hafbrau. Where everyone knows your name.

I went with the Parmesan fried green tomatoes sandwich, and it was delicious! I also had plenty of leftovers to take home. My husband enjoyed his Italian hoagie, and our kids shared the pizza, which was also a large portion for the price. The inside is decorated so uniquely, too, with cute framed photos, a large chandelier, and animals on the walls. The vibes were super cute, and we'll definitely be back!

What a Concept:…read more There are three things in the World I love, and they are Bacon, Bourbon and Beer. I was in the Washington, PA area and was researching places to eat and found this place that uses bacon in many of their dishes. I drove over to BBB3, and there was plenty of parking available in the parking lot just outside. I walked in, and for a few minutes I was the only one there. My server came over, and we walked through the Bacon, Bourbon, and Beer menus. After some discussion, I settled on trying the Bacon Flight, which was four flavours of bacon, each on two thick slices of bacon. The flight has Cajun & Bleu, which is Cajun Spice and crumbled Blue Cheese, Candied Jalapeno & Cheddar, Bourbon & Brown Sugar, and Sarris Chocolate. When you look at the photos of the flight, it doesn't look like a lot of food, but be warned, it's a shareable for a reason. To put it in perspective, it is eight thick and long slices of bacon with ingredients on them. I was planning on trying something else from the menu, but the Bacon Flight is a meal in itself; be warned. I chose an Old Forrester Bourbon from the Bourbon Menu and a local craft beer. The flight was amazing and filling, and the bourbon was a good match for the meal. Overall, a great experience, and I learned my lesson so that next time I'm there I'll try something else or bring a friend or two. If you love Bacon, Bourbon and Beer, this is the place for you.

Always packed, always impressive array of beer (one of the best breweries in region, IMO), and the food is tasty and reasonably priced. Still trying to get to the upper command level - might need to head there during non-peak hours. Oh, I forgot to mention that each day/week there are a handful of beers and drinks that are super reasonably discounted - incredibly appreciated in the economic hellscape that is 2025.
