I've used Geekatoo for two major jobs since July 2015, and I've been highly satisfied with their work. The first job was setting up a new TV, all-in-one remote control, sound system, printer, router, moving/re-setting up an older TV -- and the Atlanta geek they gave me, Chris, was excellent. As part of that service package/pricing, I paid a little more and got their Platinum Plan, which provides unlimited remote access tech help for a year -- what a smart decision! I'm on a four-year-old Mac and finally decided to upgrade my OS to El Capitan, Mac's latest OS. I'm in no way a techie and knew not try it alone, so I contacted Geekatoo with my Platinum Plan number, and they did the upgrade -- which is pretty complicated and lengthy -- with no problems; all my files seem to be in great working order. That also necessitated dumping my old Mac Entourage email and switching to Outlook, which was also complicated and fairly lengthy -- again, Geekatoo did a fine job. It required a call back by me two days later, but they were nice as could be about that -- and fixed that problem as well. If you're a non-techie, I would DEFINITELY recommend Geekatoo, whether you want a techie to come to you, or you use their remote access service (which puts you on the phone with a techie and uses TeamViewer, so the techie controls your computer while he/she does the work). read more

I had to hire another company (Casteel) to come out and fix the two Nest thermostat installations (hallway and basement) that HelloTech did in my house on Monday, May 27th. First, I discovered after the tech left that there was a problem with the hallway Nest installation as (1) there was a intermittent loud banging noise coming from the furnace and (2) there was still no heat option on the Nest app. I texted the tech about the intermittent loud banging noise and never received a response. Second, there were exposed wires in the basement installation. I had to have an HVAC tech come out for an unrelated issue and had him check out the two Nest installations. He discovered that the wiring in the hallway Nest unit was incorrect and, when he pulled the Nest device off the wall, one of the wires fell out as if hadn't been secured properly. The HVAC tech was able to correct the wiring in the hallway Nest installation; once that was fixed, the intermittent banging from the furnace stopped (the incorrect wiring caused the furnace to try to come on at the same time as the air conditioning). read more

This company it's great and I mean it I originally was scheduled for 2:00 pm but it was late and I realized I book for 2:00am so I canceled the booking hope to rebook again for the right time so I called and the line got disconnected and for some how they know so I was put in first line to speak to the representative and this gentleman was impeccable because I explained to him that my 3d system it's not working anymore but he said unfortunately that has something to do with the consoles that I set up then I realized because I just bought a new receiver and I move things around do I go back and replug to the original DHMI and woila it worked perfectly thank you so much hello tech I will definitely keeps your company phone number in my phone I can't thank your company enough read more

Geekatoo is a great company. I contacted them about mounting a TV above my fireplace and they put me in contact with Micheal E. He called me 2 days before the appointment to introduce himself and to tell me what type of mount I would need. He then came by the day before to check out the mount and to look at the area where the TV would be installed. He showed up promptly on the appointment day and explained everything that he was doing.
