It seems like this place consistently makes mistakes and makes us pay for them. How do you not hand out receipts and when we ask if our food is prepared yet, you hand out the wrong order to us. By the time we sat outside with the food, the worker comes up to us and expects us to pay for the food order that we didn't order. Completely unprofessional. Do not make your customers pay for your careless mistakes. Also drinks here are below average, 50% sugar tasted like 110% sugar. Lower your sugar levels. read more

Still as good as ever! The recipes and flavors are still the same--just under different names now. Despite being in a fairly populated area, the store never seems to be too crowded, and you can get your order fairly quick (granted, some bobas take longer to make than others). There's good seating both indoors and outdoors. I'd recommend any of the butterfly tea series (except for the pineapple one, that just didn't mesh well with me lol), and if you're a milk person, their thai/okinawa smoothies! I saw them put my waffle under the fan for a long time while I wait for my other order. When I felt it .. it was so cold. Took a bite and it was so bland! This was the worst Pandan waffle I've ever had. The drink was so sweet too. Even though I ask for 25 percent sweetness. Will not be coming back. read more

The cashier was super nice and the interior is pretty, but I think the drinks are kinda expensive considering the quality and size. Drinks were 15% off. I decided to try the dalgona coffee to see any difference. It is usually a hit or miss for me. It's either too bitter or overly sweet at regular sweetness depending on who make the drink at the time. I stop here once a week. The prices are good. My brown sugar crème brûlée tea is delicious. They are always very quick and friendly if I have questions about the menu when I sometimes feel adventurous and order something else. Créeme brule milk tea was good but the tiramilk didn't taste any different from a standard coffee milk tea with cold foam, it's $8 + ¢.75 for boba topping so your better off ordering a regular tea with cold foam for $2 less. Who knows, maybe it needed more flavor, but I ordered regular sweetness so maybe the drink itself is the issue. The Crème Brûlée had some actual pieces in it so maybe the Tiramisu inspired drinks need to do the same if they want to charge similarly. read more
