I have a coworker who brings in hello sugar doughnuts every once in a while. They are just so pretty and they are tasty and creative too. I can't pass up grabbing a few even when I'm trying to stick to my low carb diet. But they are worth it! read more

I absolutely love Hello Sugar. I love in California so every time we go to Spokane to visit family a visit to Hello Sugar is a much. The donuts melt in your mouth and we always love the themes and creative content they have. The first time I went the theme was The Office and the last time it was Star Wars themed which my boys (3, 4) were crazy about. I just wish we had one here in CA! read more

I wasn't actually blown away by these. The presentation is more beautiful than the taste. Super subtle flavors, was expecting for the beautifully decorated donuts there to be a kick of flavor. Cute and fun atmosphere, just cramped and a little overwhelming trying to order or sit. read more

Not worth it goin to this hello sugar. Nothing new and nothin good. Donuts are to small and they want too much money for small Donuts.

Simply the cutest little donut shop. Visited during Harry Potter week and it was magically delicious!

As a current baking student, I could do better! I had the S'mores. It did not have the slightest hint of what a S'more is supposed to taste like. Also my family waited for 10 minutes for 12 small donuts, an order that small should be less than 5 min. read more

Great mini doughnuts, great indaba coffee, and a playground nearby for kids! My only small complaint is that it's a bit snug here, but at long as it isn't jam packed full of people that actually tends to be a nice thing. Cozy winter warmups FTW! read more

I went with colleagues a week ago, and for the first time. It's a nice, bright space but poorly laid out. The ordering process was really confusing. We had to ask where to get in line, and the board with the menu is on a side wall right where you pay, with small lettering. This means people are trying to read the board and pay in the same space. To add to the confusion, Indaba coffee has its separate business with another ordering line and cash register. Too time-consuming to get a cup of coffee and overpriced minuscule donuts. Indaba makes great coffee but I found the donuts just okay, not great. The edible glitter makes all of the donuts gritty in texture and somewhat similar in taste. To be successful in the long run, Hello Sugar & Indaba will need to design their space to make it easy and quick for customers to order. Also, tiny, expensive donuts may well lose their novelty over time. Hello Sugar should consider a plan to expand their offerings and/ or decrease prices to attract a wider clientele. read more

Hello Sugar has the BEST donuts in Spokane. And my husband and I have had a LOT of donuts. I can't have gluten and they have hands-down the best gluten-free donuts (really, just the best gluten-free item) I've ever had. You would have no idea they were gluten-free. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Service for both the coffee bar and donut stand are excellent. Matcha lattes, coffee and mini donuts never disappoint! Highly recommend as a treat, dessert or "mini" and cute gift. read more

Each mini donut is handmade right in front of you, sparkle dust and all! The menu offered some amazing flavor combinations. When I finally got to take a bite, it was so worth it! I've never had a donut so light and fluffy!! I could eat a whole box and be in bliss. Happy to support this new local gem! read more

Absolutely yummy. My daughters and I love it here. Great place to sit and relax while eating delicious bites of donut

Very disappointed in the service. Ordered half a dozen and had to wait for 30 min to get my order. 6or7 people after me received their order 15 min before I got mine. When I asked what took so long one employee said maybe I should have left a bigger tip, SMH read more

Esthetically pleasing to the eye perfect bite-sized donuts that won't make you feel too guilty. They are fluffy and light. They do offer gluten-free & vegan donuts, so it's a win-win for everyone. The only thing they aren't any more special than your ordinary donuts, taste-wise. read more

This place is amazing. I like the fact they are always busy! Keeping a locally owned shop in business is great. They donuts. All I can say is go grab a couple of carousels and binge on your favorite Netflix show. They are truly amazing. My only gripe are the House flies. Though I never see them on the food. Very much worth a try. Or two or.... read more

Wow wow wow, they've only been open a few weeks but these bite sized donuts are just too cute. So yummy, and connected to a really great coffee shop! The open air cafe is gorgeous and clean. Make a stop, if you can! read more

Every box looks photo worthy, they're like pretty little gems instead of doughnuts really. I especially loved the Harry Potter series!

These donuts are to die for!!! Seriously delicious. They're perfect. They come in cute little boxes and they are small and cute. I'm in love. I could order them all day. They are fairly priced also and SPARKLY. read more

Love love the delish mini donuts! Beautiful venue, also enjoyed Indaba coffee Gave 4 star because of weird customer service. The employee ringing us up had no IDEA about the website, email coupon I was enquiring about. Wouldn't you think an employee would be educated on any promos or maybe even have visited the website once. The employee did not seem new to the company...but also seemed to not seem to care about enlightening herself on the website information. Finally, an amazing manager came over and knew what we were taking about and gave us great customer service. Just some advice, please train employees. I would have easily had a 5 star experience then. read more

Best donuts I've ever had! I don't even like donuts but I would definitely have these cute little mini donuts at least once a week if I lived closer. I love that they make them right there on the spot and they come out so perfect and warm in the cutest boxes ever . The staff was very friendly and professional. Bonus... They offer a free dozen donuts on your birthday. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy as well. read more

Make sure to drive down a couple more streets south than what the yelp or google map says. Delicious "melting in your mouth" donuts and very friendly staff read more

Always great service and great prices for what you get. Go on your birthday for a free dozen! I recommend signing up for points too!

This place is so cute. I don't care if you are an adult or a child, this is a fun, spunky place for anyone. The donuts are so adorable, I just wanted to look at them. A fun twist on dessert. I like the sampler so you can get a good mix to share and it only cost $7.50. There is a nice patio and a coffee stand as well. read more

I love Hello Sugar! The atmosphere is great and the employees are very kind. The donuts are perfect for an instagram pic or to pair with coffee. Considering the packaging, quality and overall aesthetic of Hello Sugar, it is not overpriced. I would highly recommend heading over to Kendal yards and trying out Hello Sugar! read more

If you're going specifically for Gluten free donuts- don't. We started at the one location, who was sold out, and told us to return the next morning. She said that they make them first in the morning so they don't get any cross contamination and that's why they couldn't make any more. We went to the other location, who did have them still, and were told that they were all made in the same oil. Disappointing that the employees didn't know their practices and they are definitely not gluten free. Wouldn't go back or recommend unfortunately. read more

What a great way to celebrate your 6th Birthday! Safe for a peanut allergy kid and gluten free. The Pumpkin Praline was particularly fantastic. Fun atmosphere, donuts came out really quickly. read more

This is our second time here. Obviously the amazing taste and presentation of the doughnuts made me come back again. Unfortunately, I came late in the day and they had sold out of gluten free. But an Indaba Coffee and a beautiful sunny walk on the Centennial made up for it!! I shall return!!! read more

We finally got around to trying this place and we were not disappointed! Super adorable esthetic on the inside and the service was fantastic!!! Most importantly, the donuts were amazing!!! $7.50 for a "Carousel" aka a mixed dozen and holy moly! Not are they tiny and adorable, but they are slightly crispy and delicious! So many flavors in such teeny tiny cute donuts! Worth every penny! read more

I will give them 3 stars because they are tasty. My complaint is that we were waiting outside to order for 15 minutes today at the window and there was only one person in line in front of me. Just us two. Then when it got to me the girl had to take a phone call. And it never ended so I left. Now if it had just been her and like two other people I wouldn't of been bothered. But there was like 6 people I could see working from the windows. Maybe more? It was odd. And they all kept looking at me but not moving so. I don't know. Indaba was very on it. Same building. read more

This is a really cool place. Delicious donuts, even for those like me who don't particularly care for donuts. They're freshly made to order. Hello Sugar has themed donuts from time to time, and I loved the Harry Potter themed donuts!!! read more

Doughnuts weren't all that fresh, and this place was hyped up more than it actually is. A bit on the pricey side, but a cool experience at the least. read more

The donuts are perfection, always made fresh so they're still warm upon delivery. Heaven. The staff is also very friendly and goes above and beyond to make a great experience for customers. Bright cafe with patio seating available. Conveniently across the street from Olmstead Park if you're bringing kiddos. read more

They have the best mini donuts in town but the service is slow so be prepared to wait. It's a must place to go if your visiting Spokane.

They had gluten free donuts which is very rare. They were really good and i will probably be going back very soon. A little pricey though and not many gluten free options. read more

Some of the best donuts I've ever tasted. taken so much care in making and lots better than expected.

We went there yesterday morning around 9am. Very busy place but the wait was very reasonable and definitely worth it. This was our first time here so we tried the sampler (powdered sugar and cinnamon) in gluten free and they were amazing. Loved it and will definitely come again. read more
