I tried SMW b/c I found a great deal online. I went to Tatum location for a brow wax with Alexis. She was a DOLL and really shaped my brows perfectly for my face. She gave me advice on growing in and shaping them with a liner. I had my son with me too and she was so great with him. The next day I went to the Old Town location and had lash extensions done by Dani. She is fast and they look great. I have had them 2 weeks now and they look like the first day I got them. So natural! I don't have to wear eye shadow and it saves me so much time with makeup. Dani is really pleasant and easy to talk to. I had a bikini wax at the Old Town location with Shelly too and the environment is super luxe and girly. Both locations are incredibly clean, no double dipping in wax (believe it or not a ton of places do that) and they have sweet treats for guests. I was really comfortable and the managers/owners are great. They can handle reservations thru texting and/or calling so it really makes it easy no matter what you prefer. I had a little reservation mix up the very first time and Brigham (owner) called me personally to correct it. I thought that was super cool. Clearly they go above and beyond. No system is infallible so it's nice to know that the owners are very in tune with their clients and keep tabs on what's going on. The membership (should you purchase it) gives you the best value and pricing in the Valley for sure. Furthermore I love that they advertise with full figured models. Nice to see real women in ads. Great place! read more

Love this place!! I've been to all 3 locations, and all of them were very cleaning, organized, well maintained inside & out, and the staff have been very helpful and friendly. I've had 2 technitions to provide services for me. Shelley at the North Scottsdale location is atrocious!! By far the worst waxing I've ever had!! She gave me the excuse it was due to the fact it had been a while since I had one; however, it hurt worse than my very first waxing, and was on the verge of never going back. I was bruised for a week, which is no fun in the bikini area. I decided to give them another shot after discussing things with an estiticion friend from another state. She said pain is always going to be a factor, but if there's an increase of pain compared to normal, it's a technique/technition issue. I know go to Lex and she is AMAZING!! She's quick, thorough, painless as possible, and provides lots of great education and explanation of everything. If you choose this place, which I highly recommend, go see Lex, as you will not be disappointed by her! read more

Layne is simply AMAZING!!! From the first moment I met her I was comfortable, at ease and knew I had come to a great place! She was so much fun, so easy to talk to, that it made my brazilian wax, brow, and lip session FLY by! She is skilled, VERY gently, and clean! She IS a waxing Goddess (She was so great, so careful, she checked the temp, of the wax!!!! She goes the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable!!!) I left KNOWING that I have finally found my waxing place for YEARS to come! You can not go wrong, go see Layne and let her work her magic! Her pricing is super affordable, and her talent is amazing! I am so happy that I found this GEM of a salon!!!!! Thank you for providing such a great experience, and I am a customer that WILL be returning time and time again!!! read more

I never thought a wax could be fun but Sugar Me Wax was actually an awesome waxing experience! If you go anywhere else you are DEFINITELY making a mistake. I read an earlier review calling Layne a Waxing Goddess and I must say I have to second that! It is located in an extremely nice and professional plastic surgeons office so you know that everything is very clean and sterilized. I was nervous coming in but instantly you feel comfortable and at ease when you walk through the door. They offer 6 mo. packages for a screaming deal right now so I took advantage of that for sure (who doesn't like unlimited waxing??) HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

I have been waxing regularly ever since I moved here (fall of last year). It is life changing if you can afford it every month. The people are professional and the experience is quick - I won't say it's painless because that's a personal opinion, but they do offer numbing cream and alternative waxing options (sugaring - which I found to be a better natural wax, less painful and it is room temperature). The only reason I knocked a star was because in the 8-9 months I've been going, I have had 4 different people - all great people but no consistency, which could be a big problem for some people getting sensitive areas waxed. read more

Out of my many waxing experiences, Sugar me was by far the best! The waxing studio was clean and inviting and Layne (the waxing technician) was incredible! She is an expert; I have extremely sensitive skin and this was the first time getting a Brazilian didn't result in me leaving bruised! She's also extremely personable and made the entire experience comfortable for me--I left feeling like I had a new friend! I realize this sounds cliche, but I'll never go anywhere else to get a wax. I highly recommend Sugar Me to anyone! read more

I just got my first Brazilian wax today and I was absolutely terrified because of the horror stories I have heard. My appointment was with Deb and I have to say with how nervous I was, she made the experience extremely comfortable as if I've done this 1000 times. She was so sweet, personable and most importantly, gentle. I already made my second appointment four weeks out as suggested and definitely looking forward to it. Definitely recommend this place. I might even come back for a facial soon, too! read more

My very first time getting a brazilian wax and I must say I was a little nervous about how awkward it would be and how painful it would be. Boy oh Boy did they prove me wrong! It was not awkward in the least! Obviously for my first time it was a little painful but soooo worth it! Shelly was so professional and nice. She did such an amazing job and gave me lots of information on the process, etc. I already scheduled my next time back! read more

Breanna was AMAZING! I was super nervous and I didn't know what to expect but when I arrive she took the time to explain to me what was gonna happen. While she was doing it she was talking to me walking me through it and just talking about every day stuff to it took my mind off of what was going on and before I know it was over! Already booked my next appointment definitely recommend it to everybody read more

I went to Sugar Me Wax for my first Brazilian in a really long time and I had a great experience. The studio was clean, well lit and very comfortable. I didn't get the sugar wax - it wasn't necessary for me - but the regular wax worked out just fine. Auburey was awesome and took me through the process step by step. I'd recommend Sugar Me Wax if you're a first-timer or wax veteran! read more

My first time trying a new place for a Brazilian I've been going to EWC for the past 3 years I must say I was super impressed with the services over all & Breanna was great I definitely will be returning to see her again in the future I went in for a sugar Brazilian which again was my first time doing the sugar wax i would recommend it to 1st time waxers you don't feel a thing read more

Niko was so incredible! Not only did she make me feel comfortable and at ease in such a vulnerable situation, she was knowledgeable, professional, and gentle. This is the first time in years that I've been waxed and I am so happy I had Niko there to do it for me. I can't recommend Niko and SugarMe wax more. I've officially become a member of their services for life! read more

I got a brazilian wax from Layne. I have had Brazilian waxes from many aestheticians as I travel all over for work. Because I am a seasoned wax client I know when I get a good wax job or not and Layne definitely passed the test with flying colors. She is quick, meticulous, and very kind. She makes you feel comfortable as possible the whole time. I highly recommend! read more

Yocelin does an incredible job! I've been getting my Brazilians for a while now and love the way it comes out each time I'm very impressed with the results as well as how fast she gets it done. Everyone I have recommended her to has loved her, felt comfortable and continued to get them regularly! I definitely recommend booking with her. read more

Out of all of the waxing places that I have been to this has by far been the BEST. Layne is one of the funniest people I have ever met and she had me laughing so hard I barely noticed that I was getting a leg wax. The least pain that I have ever experienced from a wax was when I was in Layne's hands. I highly recommend Sugar Me!! read more

Layne is the best at waxing. She has a very gentle touch and makes it as painless as possible. I also took my daughter to Layne for her first bikini wax and she was awesome with her. She is so much fun and entertaining. My other daughter who is 14 will only get her eyebrows done by Layne. She is by far the best!!! read more

Cydnie is friendly, kind, and super detail oriented. If that was not enough, one time I asked her for an extra service on the day of my appointment and she did everything in her power to make it happen. I have been a client for a couple years and the place continues to be clean, laid back, with nice music playlists. read more
