I cant stop staring at my nails and not in a good way. I was sat down for a mani and the tech asked me if I wanted to keep my nails long and I said, "Yes. They're pretty short." I took that to mean please don't cut them down too short. She took it to mean I wanted tips. Then she sat with someone else to start their mani and a different tech sat down to do my nails. He didn't asked me any questions since the other tech seemed to have filled him in. He cuts all my nails down and even laughs when I wince at the pain of him catching my quick with the clipper. In fact, I was cut with the drill multiple times on two fingers. Is it normal to bleed and have scabs as part of the look? Then he pulls out his box of tips and I told him I didn't want tips and that's when I realized how short he'd cut my nails down. They're super short but that's fine; they can still look nice. I was upset but mistakes happen so I didn't make a big deal about it. But he layered the polish on so thick so it looks like bubbles sitting on my nails especially since they were so short. A friend's husband compared them to skittles. I think they remind me of ET fingers. It also wasn't the velvet/cat eye finish I asked for and showed a picture of. It was my first time asking for velvet and so I didn't understand it was done with gel but I asked for dip and no one explained to me that the look I wanted was gel so he layered the gel on top of the dip. I think if we skipped the dip and just did gel, we wouldn't have had 6+ layers of polish and powder to make my nails look bubbly but they probably went along with it so they could upcharge me for doing both even though it was unnecessary and looks horrible especially since my nails were cut down so short. So I wish either of the two techs would've clarified that before starting the work. Also, during my pedi, two different techs kept switching between me and the woman next to me without washing their hands between handling our feet or wearing and changing out gloves. My trained friend let me know that's something that should be reported to the board. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this experience was that disappointing. $110 wasted on a mani I can't wait to remove. read more

The place was clean and s few clients. I got a pedicure. The polish was great, the massage chair great. The actual pedicure was a loss. Had the older lady finish( but I pointed out to her that the bottom of my feet needed to be scraped more, the bottom of my get were still flaky white and needed the grater but she said no. she sent a younger guy who told me he was only goubg to fix a little bit with a nail file and then tried to smear oil on top. The thick flakiness still came thru. Could clearly see the difference between the good parts and bad parts. Then an older man came as I didn't leave the chair. He went to get the scraper snd tried to do more sbd he cold even see the stuff coming off and how much more was needed but was stopped. Completely disappointed that they made me leave as other customers were needing the chair. read more

Did great on my nails super professional and sweet! They cut my cuticles last nail places I went to didn't at all. I had a photo but wanted almond instead and shorter and they still did amazing. Definitely will be returning! read more

This place is a complete scam. I do not recommend their shady business practices. First, I sat down and clearly explained what I wanted. I even showed them a picture of the nail design I was looking for. They quoted me $60, which I already thought was a bit high, but I agreed to it. We confirmed the price upfront based on the design I provided. However, when I went to the front desk to check out, they suddenly told me the total was $70. I explained that I was quoted $60 before the service began, but they completely disregarded what I said and charged me the higher amount anyway. It was a total bait-and-switch tactic. To make matters worse, just two days later, one of my nails broke--proof of the poor quality of their work. I was beyond frustrated. I had wanted everything to be perfect for my New Year's Eve event, and they ruined that for me. Their service was unprofessional, overpriced, and dishonest. They should be reported to the Board of Cosmetology for their unethical practices. Save your money and go elsewhere. I absolutely do not recommend this place. read more

What a hidden GEM. This nail shop was in a plaza with many different businesses, right next-door to a Mexican restaurant and, conveniently close to a gas station. I walked in and was able to get my nails done right away. Greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. I was taken care of fast!!! Everyone was so sweet and well mannered. Mia did my nails. She took only 40 minutes to do my full set. She will definitely be my new nail tech when I am in town. Olathe come here to get your nails done! They do no disappoint!!!!!!! read more

I was recommended this place by my cousin. Hoping for a good experience. Starting off with my toes I mentioned the color was too light it felt like they couldn't care less me being the nice person I am just took the loss on that one. When I went to get a full set a gentleman started my nails and a lady painted my nails during my full set I was thrown back and forth between them both NOT KNOWING WHO IS ACTUALLY DOING MY NAILS I mentioned the shape isn't what I asked for they went on talking about me making me feel super uncomfortable to the point I couldn't tell them I didn't like my nails. I really wanted to love my dip nails. I wanted to find a new nail place that was recommended by others. My appointment was scheduled with Mia who was recommended. Another person, Alex I believe, ended up doing my service. I asked for dip. I assumed that meant a dip manicure. He proceeded to take off the existing nail polish then filing and applying the dip. There wasn't any more nail prep like trimming and pushing the cuticles down. Once he finished the dip, he did not file them correctly and most of my nails are thick and uneven. To the point that now, a week later, they hurt and I'm already ready to take them off. He did follow the picture I showed him which was basic. I'm just unhappy with the quality of the dip and the nail prep. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others. read more
