Update: ok so i've been going to this place for about a month and I wanted to love it so much because the place is very cute and I feel very comfortable and I just fall asleep and get my lashes done. However, I havent been happy with the way my lashes look and for the price it's just unjustifiable. From the day I showed up there I showed my lash technician the style I wanted and she did the best to her abilities, when I went for a fill for some reason they didn't look as nice compared to the first but I let it slide. I'd also like to note I emailed them a full week in advance saying I was interesting in volume lashes but wasn't schedule for it until my third appointment. Ok so my third appointment rolls around for volume lashes and i'm so excited but then once the session is over my lashes literally look the same. She told me ahead of time that it'd take a few fills to get the full volume look but I just truly wasn't happy with the way my lashes looked. So I kindly called the establishment with my concerns and even sent them an email of photos so there would be no miscommunication, they said they'd call me back and now 2 days later nothing. For the price and the look that i'm getting i'm not very happy. From day one I wanted long dramatic lashes and that's not what I was getting. I say if you want lash extensions that are natural this place is pretty good. I'm sad because I really liked the people and wanted to love my lashes but I just didn't and I was compromising for too long and wasting my money to not be happy with the way my lashes looked. I will be going to another establishment. read more

TINA IS A GOD! She did so well on my eyelashes yesterday and left no lash untouched. So impressed by this establishment.

It's been a week & I love my lashes still . They look so natural & she took her time . Her name was crystal. I'll definitely be back for my fill read more

I love this place! Excellent service. The staff is amazing and my lashes came out beautiful. I highly recommend this place. Best experience ever. Look forward to returning! read more

Got my eyelashes done by Lisa Tran. Was nervous at first because I'm very particular about my lashes but she did a great job.

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is great, the employee are fantastic!! I love my lashes. I'm always receiving compliments on them!! Definitely worth checking out!! read more

I had scheduled an appointment on Thursday March 22nd for last extensions which would be my first time. I had issued setting up an appointment to begin with as they would stop replying on yelp (this happened twice) until I finally called them and they responded with "we don't really use our yelp". If this is true then why have appointment request as an option to begin with? When I went in the front staff was okay but did not go in depth about the procedure as I thought they would considering it was my first time. The woman who worked on my lashes was very nice however and I appreciate her kindness. Despite this I am very disappointed with the lashes. The first day I got them they were not exactly what I wanted as I wanted mixed long and short but got all long; however, they were still very pretty and I left overall pleased. This is where the disappointment comes in; it has only been a week and 3 days and already have of the lashes on my left eye have fallen out! I understand they would fall within the weeks but this is outrageous! I do not even sleep on my sides, am very gentle when washing my face, and overall very careful of these lashes yet somehow this has happened. What's worse is its all on one eye so it looks ridiculous. I know this is not usual as my friend gets hers from another location and has a full set for a month before they start falling yet mine fell within the first few days. I am very disappointed and feel as if I've waisted cash. read more

Customer services was great, but my lashes doesn't look natural. They are long but too far apart as they curled up. I wish they were fuller. So when I'm looking straight at it they look like I have fake lashes on. I had my lashes done once before, and they look more natural. Not sure if I will be back . read more

Bought a groupon for Hello Lashfab because of the reviews and am very please. I bought the Groupon in the morning and was able to get an appointment in the afternoon. Pretty sure it was luck but still am grateful. I appreciate a receptionist (? You may be a technician as well, idk) was nice enough to converse with every guest that came in and Mercedes my technician was just everything! Mercedes was patient enough to deal with my obvious inexperience with eyelash extensions and I appreciate that. She answered all my questions and made me understand what I need to do to make sure my lashes last until my next appointment. Only thing I would change is the music but that just be me lol! Next time I will have eyebrows on so I don't look like a potato. Overall my experience was great and am excited for my next appointment read more

The staff are very polite and professional. I purchased a Groupon for a full set and a fill. I was pleased with the full set. I enjoyed not having to deal with mascara while on vacation! Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction following the fill. My eyes itched, especially along the lash line. The lids turned red and puffy. I waited a couple days before contacting the business, thinking it would calm down, but it didn't. I don't know if any different products, like the adhesive, were used during the fill. The manager offered to have the lashes removed at no cost, however the business is closed on Sunday & Monday so the earliest they could get me in was Tuesday. Not able to wait that long, I removed the lashes myself. After the lash removal, it took several hours before my lids stopped itching and the inflammation calmed down. I don't know why I didn't have a reaction to the initial lash application but did with the fill. It's a mystery! read more

The customer service at this place is awesome! I've had a few different tech and all of them did a good job. One was superb! I started with a Groupon however continue to get my fills about every 3weeks. Prices are very reasonable and they have good hours. read more

Kaylee is AMAZING! I have extremely crazy curly lashes that overlap and are quite thin. She worked a MIRACLE! My lashes looked so natural and amazing! She is both personable and professional! She is highly recommended! ~ Tara read more

Mercedes did a great job!!! I love how my eyes look more open! I would definitely suggest hello lashfab. All my questions were answered, and I was given excellent advice on how to maintain my lashes. I even set up a follow up appointment the same day for the refill! Definitely 5 stars. read more

Lash techs were nice, although they seem pretty amateur (new to business). Front desk is unorganized, cancelled, rescheduled me twice and tried to charge me fee on the credit card they make you place on file. Second appointment they scheduled me with different lash tech without even running it by me. Lashes could have lasted longer ... price was good, but you get what you pay for. Would rather pay a bit more and be happy. read more

Love my new lashes! Ghesal the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about taking care of lashes. They explained the after care and ways to help my own lashes grow as well. So glad I found this place! read more

I found a Groupon for a full set for $59 and was also recommended by a friend. I made an appointment online with Mercedes. The decor was cute and the place was clean. Mercedes made me feel very comfortable. She was friendly and easy going. This is the first time I've gotten lash extensions before. Luckily I did my research beforehand so I knew what I wanted however I do wish there was more informational materials for clients to read about styles and aftercare. However when I asked questions the staff was able to answer my questions. I went in on Tuesday to get my lashes done, it took a total of 90 minutes. I waited the full 48hrs to allow my lashes to get wet. I was very careful to use oil free products on my face as well. Unfortunately the lashes feel stiff and I still had quite a few lashes fall out. I know losing some is normal but I was disappointed to only make it two days and have some fallout. I made an appointment for a fill but I'm not sure if I will keep my appointment. read more

I've been there only once and got my lashes done by alisa she did an amazing job loved my lashes. But I was very disappointed because I missed my appointment which I tried calling them but they never answered and they took money out my card. I won't be going back after this and hearing that alisa is no longer working there. read more

Great salon with friendly staff. I had my first bikini wax with Mercedes and it was quick and painless. Came back for a second time!

Brazilian Wax anybody? Yes, please! So I've been real skeptical about getting a Brazilian Wax.. I've heard good things AND bad things. Everyone I know told me that it hurts really bad and trust me, I've done hella research before I went in lol. I found this steal deal on Groupon ($24 for a Brazilian Wax **new customer only) I called and was greeted by Giselle (sorry if spelled your name wrong) and asked a few questions (Wednesday) then I was able to set an appointment for Friday. They asked for my card information for a cancellation fee ($30 I believe) just in case I was a no call no show.. which I understand. Time is money ‍ let me tell y'all. This is my FIRST time getting waxed down there and I was debating if I should get a Brazilian or Bikini. I said fuck it and wanted to do the whole shabang. I went in and omg the place is sooo comfortable and cute! I wish I took pictures. I didn't want to look like a weirdo though lol. I went in like 5-10 minutes early then I was greeted by the receptionist (I didn't get her name ) she was so nice, she helped me sign in and filled out the paperwork (asking if you have allergies & what not) I sat down, there's a cute little cart with water bottles and different varieties of candy. Mercedes came out and took me to the back. Okay.. it gets real. She was like here's some wipes and you can put the paper over your lap until I come back in. Lol omg. I was so scared like okay.... Ima just take off my pants and underwear and get this over with. If you're not comfortable with the wax person touching your cooter then I suggest you not do this. I laid on my back and she came in, she made me feel so comfortable. It felt like she was my friend more than a stranger just waxing my kitty kat lol. I was so scared to the point where I was sweating! Bro... the only thing that feels weird is when the warm wax touches your skin, other than that it just felt like a regular wax. It literally just stung for a few seconds. I told her in the beginning that I didn't want to get my butthole waxed but of course she talked me into it and dude! It was nothing compared to my kitty kat! Lol. My overall experience was the best! This was my first time and it's for sure not my last time! All the staff were soooo friendly. I really suggest everyone to get the steal deal and get the Brazilian Wax! read more

First time getting lashes at Hello lash fab and what a great experience! Mercedes was awesome. She knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable. The location is great - just off I-5 with plenty of parking. I will definitely be back!!! read more

Came in today for waxing. Was greated by the receptionist and shortly thereafter Mercedes came to get me. She was very professional and understanding of my anxiety regarding a Brazilian wax. When I came home I found a few hairs that were missed and I have some wax still on my skin that I haven't quite figured out how to get off yet. Waiting for Mercedes to call me back with some answers. Would have given 5 stars but due to some remaining hairs and wax I had to down grade it by one. read more

I was really looking forward in getting the brazillian wax done before my big vacay trip. Well the night before i had my appt i began to have some symptoms and in the morning i realized i was going to have to cancel my appt. I called and the lady said that "she understands" why i have to cancel my appt. But couldn't waive the fee because it wasnt 24hrs before and that she would have to contact the manager. The manager of course declined...I was so mad because I bought a groupon, this was going to be my 1st visit, i was gonna be bathing suit ready and the one thing that would stop me from getting the wax done decided to hit me the night before. They couldnt even waive the fee..i was ready to schedule for another day too. They couldnt even help me out. I paid more for the cancellation fee than my groupon for a 15min appt. And the medicine I had to buy was almost as much as the groupon. This was B.S. and you guys are not understanding!!!!! read more

Went there first time to get lash extension and Julie did an amazing job!!! My lashes looked natural and full and I received lots of compliments. Will be going back to get re-fills read more

I feel scammed by this establishment. I've called them over 17 times to reschedule because I tore a ligament after days of no answer. I decided to go out to Elk Grove for my appointment which is now. I am having trouble locating them and I remember my cousin telling me they were hard to find. I've been calling them for now 27 mins. Over 9 calls. Not to mention I had to put card info on file for a already paid service. Not only did I buy a Groupon they will probably end up running card and charging me for their lack of customer service and availability during business hours. I will follow up with Groupon. read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place! Mercedes was my lash tech and she explained everything she was doing. She was super fun and easy to talk to, felt like I was talking to a friend I've known for years!! My lashes were everything I wanted and more. I even had questions about my lashes after I left and she took the time to answer each one. What was even more awesome is I thought I was having a bad reaction to the lashes and she even offered to go in on her day off to remove them for me(thank god it wasn't a reaction because my lashes were so BOMB) so I highly recommend HelloLashFab an there prices are so reasonable compared to other places that over charge for lashes. Love this place and I will return read more

Today was my first time ever getting eyelash extensions & I am already in love with my new eyelashes!!! The whole process was in such a comfortable setting. They offer blankets to you, and the technician's are really nice. I thought it was going to be awkward because you're closing your eyes for two hours not knowing whether you're in good hands or not but I promise you that you are!! Kaylee was super sweet and talkative! I will be back because Ive already gotten so many compliments. read more

Mercedes did my Brazilion wax and since this was my first time waxing down below I anticipated a whole lot of awkwardness. I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful she was! It was nonstop laughter.
