Hello Garage has been here for 66 days on a 3 day project and still not done. Made huge mess and left it. One item is missing from garage. I asked for some one to come and look at floor and they said NO not until paid for. After I paid they looked and said it need to be redone. It will take 4 moths to get back and it is my responsibilty to clean up. After much discussion about customer service project moved up. They have tried 3 times and still don't have a floor that I can use. They will not refund any money. I filled a complaint with credit card co, when hello garage found this they said not coming back. 66 days, 3 try's and still no floor I can use, will not refund one cent. Our quote was spot on and our floor turned out amazing. We did have to ask a few times to get our floor finished in time before our belongings arrived from our move, but all in all was a great experience and the quality of the floor is amazing. read more

I had a fairly new driveway (less than 2 years old) that after one winter was already starting to spall. After reaching out to the contractor requesting him to do something was a dead-end, I started researching what could be done to prevent further deterioration. In my search online, I came across Hello Garage. I reached out to them and they quickly scheduled a free consult. The representative looked at my driveway and listened to what I hoped to accomplish and said that their process would apply a sealant that would protect the driveway for years. He referred me to their website with several outdoor before and after pictures. After seeing these photos and reading several glowing reviews online, I decided it would be worth the investment. What I was not told was that Hello Garage would actually send out ANOTHER company to do the work. This company, called Thradher Foundation was NIT who I hired to do this project. I PAID Hello Garage $5000, I never would have contracted with Thrasher because they did not have the good reviews or before/after pics I had reviewed. The entire process with Hello Garage was a total scam- a complete "bait and switch" and a complete disaster and waste of my time and money. There was so much miscommunication and confusion in the process. I have a complete, lengthy record of text messages and scheduling mishaps plus pictures and videos of the end result. MY "Before and After" pics are like an ad of what NOT to do- they which are horrible. All of this was done last summer. The reason I am just now posting this review is because after going through the most recent heavy snow, my driveway is continuing to spall and the crumbling and deterioration is much worse than it was before I contracted Hello Garage to do their treatment. I am so angry over this. I am a teacher and do not have money to just throw away. I did reach out to Hello Garage right after they were "done" and sent pics. Copies of my text messages between myself and the numerous people I had to communicate with through this entire mess. and they sent someone out again from Thrasher to address my concerns. Although that final treatment did not at all, give me the result that I was led to believe I could have, I was resigned to just accept that I had made a bad decision. However after seeing how my driveway is completely crumbling and deteriorating now after going through this past winter, I cannot believe it would've been worse if I would've just left it alone! We met with Jackson Cuele for our initial estimate for the polyaspartic coating for our garage, and mechanical room. John, Antonio and the entire team were very professional and did an outstanding job. We had another floor that needed grinding and they willingly were nimble and added this to their schedule and completed the clear coating on the same day. The garage looks amazing and I appreciate their help fixing the other room to allow flooring to be placed. Would highly recommend. Lifetime Warranty too. read more

I had gutter covers installed by Hello Garage of Kansas City, 15601 W 113 St. Lenexa Kansas 66219. Instead of calling them gutter covers they are called raindrop. There are parts of the raindrop that buckle up and are not fitting flush on various parts of my gutters which makes my shingles on the roof extend upward. I called several times and seem to get no where. It's been about a month now. I've also sent pictures to Hunter Cline the representative that came to my home. The last conversation I had with someone from Hello Garage was with Kevin Bott. He stated someone would be getting in touch with me. I've been waiting on that call since May 17, 2023. We contacted Hello Garage at the recommendation of a former customer. Our floating garage floor was in bad shape with cracks that leaked into the storage area below. Once a structural engineer determined it was sound we began the search of what kind of floor we wanted and who would do the work. We investigated epoxy only, epoxy with a poly aspartic topcoat, and total poly aspartic. Each of the companies that looked at the floor felt their product would take care of our concerns but Hello Garage provided what we felt was the best solution and a solid plan to make it happen. We had three excellent installers- Jordan, Trinity, and Antonio - and those guys worked their butts off in cold weather. Once the cracks were repaired and the floor ground smooth I was amazed by how good looked. We chose to upgrade the coating to the platinum level and we weren't disappointed. It looks so much better than the standard flakes and has a little grit to make it slip resistant. Because of the weather forecast they weren't able to complete the apron and steps so they had to come back when it warmed up. They were there when they said they would be and put in another several hours to complete the job. I highly recommend Hello Garage and this excellent crew of installation specialists. Tried to get an estimate to get my floors done in my basement. They already tried upselling in the estimate for things not asked for, needed or wanted. The price was astronomical. Obviously this shows it's not a company that is not capable of listening to clients or willing to give you what you ask for. They seem to be just trying to upsell and rip people off. The estimate was over 5 times higher than the job should have cost, don't waste your time. read more

Craftsmanship used to be what all customer service installers strived for. Post Covid has greatly jeopardized this crucial attribute by impeding on their ability to find qualified personnel. Organization too has seemingly taken a backseat due potentially to the disruption in the supply chain leaving everyone at the mercy of their vendors ability to actually obtain correct material. This said, I believe has left companies to take all jobs whether they are able or not due to strict competition. As a result we the clients, the customers are becoming the Guinea pigs and usually dissatisfied with completed jobs. This is an attempt to offer some awareness to the potential "next client." Hello Garage on the surface was the perfect fit for our demands yet fell short. Broken materials were installed, bins built incorrectly and time wasted. If you should seek this company out for a bid make certain all parts are available up front and that installers are employees and not third party individuals or just plain incompetent bodies.
