I orderd the Filete de Pollo a la Parrilla and chicharron. The grilled chicken was hammered so it was a thin but large piece. It had a pinkish tent due to the yummy seasoning. The chicken was juicy and bursting with flavor. Delish! I enjoyed the salad which included a light creamy dressing. The plantains were sweet and cooked perfectly! It was my first time trying chicharron and I am now a fan. I rarely eat pork. But this was fried delicately so the outside had a nice crispy crunch but the inside was tender and juicy. If you're looking to switch up your dinner routine, I highly recommend trying Cali Colombian Restaurant!

It has grilled steak, pork rind, sausage, rice beans, Corncake, sweet plantains, an egg, and sliced avocado. All of their Flank Steak and Skirt Steak dishes are fabulous! I stopped by Hello Chicken and was really impressed! I ordered the chicken soup and the spicy chicken salad both were super fresh and packed with flavor. The chicken soup was warm, comforting, and seasoned just right. The spicy chicken salad had a great balance of heat and freshness, with tender chicken and crisp veggies. The egg rolls were two to an order so we could both experience each offering. They are fried to order and hot they were. I cut one in half and the too-thick shell basically shattered. All four egg rolls were too thick and too oil absorbed. Uck! The filling of the Nicaraguan was rice and tough little pieces of beef. The kind you would find in a very cheap street vendor's item. And the biting into the egg roll shot out scalding liquid and oil. Taste was awful. The Cuban version was the same unpleasant scalding experience, but the filling was slightly better. We just threw out the egg rolls, vowing to never order them again. And we do not recommend you even be tempted to try them. Wife loved her double espresso, sweet as you usually get in South America coffee. The Iron Beer is a flavored soda and I did not finish the can. Sooooo...we will be back, not for egg rolls, but to try other items from their vast menu of offerings. Just be advised and warned on those awful egg rolls.
