We got the tenders (3) with fries and a hot thigh sandwich combo. All was so delicious. I had to drive about 15 minutes to get home and it was all still so hot and fresh when I got there. I really love their fries!! It's also cute there to dine in, they gave little vintage Coke napkin holders and the whole space is really open, colorful, and inviting. What should have been a quick stop for food at 5:20 PM turned into a nearly 2.5-hour ordeal, with us not receiving our food until around 7:50 PM. To make matters worse, when we asked about the delay, we were told the wait was an hour--contradicting the original 30-minute estimate. To top it off, the food itself was disappointing. The rice and noodles were hard, as if they were either undercooked or improperly cooked on the grill. The shrimp were the only part of the meal that actually tasted good. This entire situation could have easily been avoided if the staff had simply confirmed my contact information properly. When your system depends on accurate phone numbers, it's essential to double or even triple check that information with customers. Very disappointing experience overall.
