Very poor response to customers concern (zero response). We've tried twice on their website and received zero response. Our pizza was delivered by Uber(their choice not ours). Pizza was delivered to us sideways, not flat. Of course our pizza was ruined. The restaurant only offered to redeliver our pizza. We were not willing to wait for another 40 minutes to have our meal. My family and I just got into town, and we needed to look for a pizza place fast and with a restroom as we had my two grandchildren with us. Although the name and sign out front might not be to my liking, we still went in and gave them a try as I overlooked this. My three year old granddaughter was glad to use the restroom, and my younger daughter and I were glad to share the $8.59 fountain drink and 2 slices of pizza special. I used to work in a pizza place for 5 years in California, but the owner was from New York. This is why I literally became a "food critic." We were happy with our well-done pepperoni slices and the root beer fountain drink. We ate outside in front as the weather was so nice! The workers here seemed nice. Being from California, I can understand why you need a key to get into the bathroom because of the location. I love Vancouver, I enjoyed the pizza here, and I recommend it. There are quite a few different types of pizzerias in the area. Being that we're from the New York area we like a thinner crust, large slice and crispy bottom. Although this was pretty good, it was not a real pizza according to us. Keep in mind this is just my personal opinion. Reminded me of sort of a Domino's with a thicker crust. If you like this style of pizza, I would highly suggest checking it out as they had some amazing unique pies. One that really looked fantastic was the butter chicken. Inside also has ample seating so easy enough to get to go or dine in. read more

This review should have only included the keto-friendly crust but ended up being for both the regular and keto. I first ordered a sinister pepperoni keto crust via DoorDash and thought I was in heaven. Certainly this crust must be a mistake? Spoiler alert - it was, but I was still happy because it was so tasty. Hellcrust pizza was indeed thinking ahead when they named this the sinister pepperoni pizza - pepperoni to the nines and excellent when paired with dipping sauce. I liked it so much I ordered it again 2 days later, only to find out that this delivery had the actual keto crust. Still good and glad to know I could stick within my carbohydrate limitations. Their pizza baking originated in 1996 in a small town "Brescia" 100 km north of Milan in Italy. baking in wood ovens and then transferred over to making the same quality and flavour in faster conveyor ovens. They still uses old age dough-making techniques to make starter dough with organic yeast which is then used to make the actual batch of dough.
