Over the weekend I was doing chores that required looking down and noticed my eyeglasses were too easily slipping off my face. I happened to be in to pick up a few household items, saw the optician was in, and asked if he could help. He did immediately, checked how they were sitting behind my ears, and went to make the adjustments. Swapped in new nose pads while he was at it. Excellent service. 2. They have really stepped it up with their "scan and go" feature. The last couple of times I've been there I didn't even have to stop on the way out to have a few items scanned for their stop-loss process. It's so convenient.

Prior to product delivery I had to cancel the order due to a health issue with a family member. Bob stated that I caught him off guard and that he'd have to sell something to get my money back. As of this writing, (almost 2 months after cancellation) I have only received $3500 back (he literally taped an envelope containing the check to the front door of my business). He still owes me $6500 but refuses to answer any of my calls. I have contacted the Stiltz supplier directly but have not heard back yet from the person that handles this type of issue. I'm speaking with an attorney tomorrow but wanted to warn others about this "company". Never EVER give him money up front for anything. If he claims he has to give the deposit to his supplier, make arrangements to pay them directly. Or better yet, find a different company to install your elevator.
