If we could give 10 stars we would. Being a first-time homeowner could be intimidating, scary, and overwhelming, but we experienced the complete opposite working with Helen. She made home buying enjoyable, easy, and attainable. Helen is a genuine person who pays attention to every detail and cultivates a tailored plan where she works with you every step of the way. She definitely has taken the time to thoroughly research homes and cities in the bay area; this shines in her vast knowledge. Any question we had she either knew the answer or found out right away. We are new to living in the east bay and it was so helpful she was able to give us some insight into different areas we were unfamiliar with. We were working with an agent for almost a year, so were 4 other friends, none of us for houses. We were doing all the work to find the homes, the realtor wrote weak offers, and caused a lot of arguments for all of us. We all switched and within two days (kid you not) we were both in escrow!! This realtor works night and day around the clock, always answers the phone, and kept us engaged. We landed our dream home! it's way more beautiful than we ever considered. She made it simple and even helped us get settled once we moved in, figuring out keys and financial things. She's the go to for your real estate needs, beginning to end! We are also self employed so her communication began the loan officer was meticulous and fought for us to get underwriting approved. we even had to switch loan officers (twice) in the middle of escrow because it's tricky when you are self employed and it requires a special type of handling when book keeping is done by a small business. IT IS POSSIBLE TO BE A HOME OWNER WITH THE RIGHT TEAM!! This Team makes dreams a reality! We love, love, LOVE Helen!! We would not have found our dream home, one which perfectly fit all of our needs, were it not for Helen. We absolutely loved working with her, we feel lucky to have chosen her as our realtor, and we'll miss talking to her as frequently as we used to. Helen truly transcended her role, and has created a long lasting relationship with our family as a result. Helen supported us through navigating countless listings, conducted multiple walkthroughs, and even opened our search to various cities throughout the Bay Area that we previously didn't consider. From the moment we met Helen, she put my wife and I at ease since we had minimal knowledge of the overall process of buying a home. Helen was there for us from our very first interaction and continues to be a resource for us even after we've received our keys. Helen was knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, easy to talk to, kept our best interests in mind, never put pressure on us, but above all she was always comforting and honest. Helen exceeded our expectations and spent hours going over various documents that we had questions on. My wife and I take pride in how detail oriented we are, so it was refreshing to have someone with Helen's level of professionalism and expertise to relieve some of our stress. We would highly recommend Helen as a realtor to anyone and everyone. You're only doing yourself a disservice if Helen isn't helping you find your next home! read more

BEWARE OF THIS AGENT VERY UNTRUST WORTHY. She did not disclose a pest report that had $73,000 in damage because she did not want to decrease her commission. I found out about this pest report when I called the company myself to order the inspection. Any buyer or seller should stay clear of this agent read more

Rewind to 2015 when we first reached out to Helen re: the home buying process. We made it clear that we were simply exploring the idea. Helen understood and took the time to prepare us, answered all our questions, and constantly checked in on us in order to ensure that we had all of the information that we needed. Fast forward to 2020, we met with Helen for a buyer's consultation via Zoom. We explained to her our vision and what our ideal first home for our family would look like. The very next day, she DELIVERED. We ended up putting an offer for the very first property we looked at, and she negotiated with the seller for UNDER asking price. Helen took on all of the challenges and difficulties that came with the process and made it extremely easy on us. We were never worried because she was 100% transparent throughout the whole process and we knew we were in good hands. Helen went above and beyond to provide us all the necessary information regarding purchasing our new home. Helen is always accessible and gives quick responses to all questions we had. She even spent a few hours explaining the 200+ page disclosure! If you need a realtor that is knowledgeable, listens, communicates, and won't waste your time, Helen is your BEST option. We look forward to working with Helen again in the future! From the bottom of our hearts, we are forever grateful for you, Helen! Thank you! read more

I met Helen through a mutual connection and I'm so glad I did. My previous real estate agent got a full time job and wasn't able to help me complete the home search process. Helen and her team came in with a level of concierge level support and guidance that I haven't seen before. She was responsive, helpful, organized, and strategic in helping us identify homes. Her negotiation prowess was especially helpful when we decided to put in an offer on a house that had already accepted offers. Helen got our offer in and was able to negotiate a counter situation that eventually meant we got the house. She was also able to connect us with a lender with a better interest rate than I could find. As we close escrow on our dream house, I write this review in support of Helen's excellent work. I would recommend her hands down and plan to use her again in the future. read more

If you are a first time homebuyer or not, Helen is the best! As first time homebuyers, my husband and I didn't know where to start or if it was even possible for us to buy a home. Helen was so great at explaining the process and our options. She consistently provided info on houses within our budget, always asked good questions that we would never know to think of, and knew when to warn us if something wasn't a good idea. Helen was always responsive whenever we had questions and even calmed our nerves when we we decided to put an offer on our home. She was our realtor, advocate, and is now a dear friend! If you are looking for a realtor, I HIGHLY recommend Helen! read more

Working with Helen has been one of the most wonderful experience as a first time buyer. Not knowing what it all implied she made it feel very frictionless. Her communication, the setting of expectations, walking me through all the process, she was always on top of things. To put it bluntly, I am pretty ignorant when it comes to real estate and purchasing a home. Helen was absolutely fantastic explaining every little detail, even my stupid questions. I would send her homes that were for sale, she did the research and told me if the house was in a good/bad location and literally everything that one needed to know about a house. When it finally came to selecting what would be my new home, she put me at ease by helping me through out the whole process by taking the lead and dealing with the lenders, inspectors, and sellers. We closed in a months time and provided next steps as what comes after. I highly recommend Helen, you will not be disappointed! read more
