Let's start with, Diana is AMAZING and a true gem! My husband and I are from Oakland and this is our first home purchase. We do not know Vallejo very well. After looking through Yelp, we found Diana. Even though there are only 12 reviews for her at the time we looked, every review mentions something that is important to us (i.e. someone who knows the area well and is also technical to let us know if the price is fair for the condition of the house.) We are so glad we called Diana! She listens very carefully to what we wanted. Our biggest requirement is safety and Diana is very honest about each listing we sent over/requested to see. Diana is so great! My wife and I were new to Vallejo and we're looking to buy our first home. Diana was recommended to us by several different people within our first 8 months of living in the city, so when we decided to go for it we gave her a call! When we first began considering Vallejo as a place to reside, she took the time to give a spur of the moment guided tour of the city; informing us about the history of places like Mare Island, the picturesque Heritage District and other parts of the city. She showed us numerous listings over a time period of several months and never rushed us to make a decision. She even went out of her way to show us a listing that would have resulted in her receiving a lower commission close to closing on where we currently live, just because we had expressed interest in the downtown area early on.
