Nicole had to deal with some some very tricky social situations (my father) and lots of hurdles in repairs, etc. to sell our property and she handled it with grace and excellence. We got the highest price we could have gotten (otherwise appraisers wouldn't agree and the buyers would have a hard time with loans) and it sold immediately (as soon as it hit the market). A situation outside of her control came up during escrow and she handled that beautifully too. She kept a lot of stressful situations away from me and my husband and ot the job done to the best standard possible. HIGHLY recommended. read more

I recently sold a property, and Nicole Solari was my agent. Nicole was great to work with. She was very patient, and knowledgeable. Whenever I had questions about the process of selling the property she took the time to answer my questions. I very much appreciate Nicole's efficiency during the entire process. Nicole was very prompt with the mountain of paperwork that goes into selling a property. I would strongly recommend Nicole Solari if you are looking to buy or sell any real estate. read more

I received stellar service. I was with another agent who I was asking to find properties. Days went by and nothing... they just weren't hungry enough, I don't know. Then I get a call from a realtor from Level Up Realty, Ian. His second time calling after I made an inquiry about a property I think it was. He was eager to send and show me properties. We started talking and well, I work from home, so I have more leeway in where I can move too. The other realtor didn't want to leave the bay to show my things farther way, but they were.... Properties in the bay area were just out my range and slowly I accepted I needed to move farther away. He showed me properties in Sacramento. Then I took my time and really thought about it. I didn't like Sac, and was really feeling Fresno, especially since it seems I can get more bang out of my buck there. Found a 3 bedroom with a pool and we eagerly and aggressively jumped on it. Ian was a godsend in helping me navigate my first home purchase. The house got 18 offers. 18! and it was between me and one other, whose offer was slightly higher, but my competitor was in escrow selling his current home, and I was renting so going with him could mean a delay... we made some adjustments to make my offer stronger and won the contract. It was unbelievably stressful and unanticipated as the story goes for this first time home owner. I'm glad and appreciative that Ian and Level Up Realty was on my side assisting me... guiding me really. Great collaborators! Truly, they went above and beyond. I was living in Bay Point and they're coming all the way to Fresno to help me get into a place. I'm a single mom whose now the proud owner of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house w/ a beautiful pool. I highly recommend The Solari Group! I still consider them to be MY realtor if I were to ever jump back into the home buying arena. Thank you guys for your help and guidance. read more

I thought long and hard about whether to write this review, but after reading some of these reviews, I wanted to hopefully save people from what I feel was one of the most horrible experiences I've had with a business. Selling a family home is difficult, selling a family home after the quick and untimely death of my Mom from COVID was unimaginably difficult. My brother and I reached out to Nicole to help with this process. During the first meeting I was confident we had the right person, but as you will hopefully read, I was wrong. I've never sold a house in my life; however, I know in any endeavor like this, the number one thing you want from an agent is timely and consistent communication. Nicole did a poor job of providing this. My brother and I were on a group text with her, and she consistently ignored and flat out would not respond to questions we had. On multiple occasions she literally did not respond to text messages/questions for longer than 24 hours. At multiple times, I brought the lack of communication up to her as a concern, and she would apologize but never enough to make a change. In this RED HOT market, she made a decision to take offers and let realtors know they had a deadline to submit their offer. Once the deadline came, she would share the offers with my brother and I. I was a little perplexed by this method but went along. However, I started to feel that sitting down via Zoom during a time slot she arranged might be a bit overwhelming, and I asked her to share a glimpse of the offers she's received so far. She honestly seemed put off that I asked but obliged. When the time came to review the offers, we were presented with about 35 offers, and we were indeed overwhelmed. She ended up guiding us towards an offer that she felt was right (FHA loan) because she knew some of the people involved on the other side, and more importantly, the offer was a no contingency offer, taking the house as is. We signed the offer and we were off to escrow, with a date of when it was supposed to close. During this time period we basically never heard from Nicole, it was like it was the quiet time. So the day that escrow was supposed to close (June 18) I still never heard from Nicole. I actually didn't even want to call her because of the bad communication. So I called the escrow agent, and she proceeded to tell me it WAS NOT closing as she never received funding information. My brother and I were shocked. We reached out to Nicole on Saturday, June 19 asking her what was going on, and she told us she COULD NOT talk, and that there was a "hiccup". She said she would call us on the 20th. She never called and instead sent a text at about 6:00 P.M. on the 20th telling us she would call on the 21st. On June 21st she called my brother and basically said the buyer wanted to change the already agreed upon offer. Needless to say, my brother and I were highly upset. Nicole then basically advised us to lower our asking price in fear that this buyer would balk, and then finding out from Nicole, after the fact, that FHA buyers CAN back out and not lose their deposit was horrible icing on a stale cake. She NEVER told us this at anytime during the review of the offer!!!! My brother and I decided to not lower our price to the buyer's new request, but we did lower the price below the ALREADY agreed upon price. Basically, we were at the take it or leave it point, and at the point if the deal fell through we'd most definitely be looking at our options to fire Nicole. The new price was finally accepted and the house sold. My brother and I had a horrible experience dealing with Nicole during a time we lost our Mom from COVID. We feel she did not work in our best interest and failed miserably with her number one task, communication. If anybody wants additional information, I would be happy to share. read more

If you want a realtor who does not listen, look no more. Nicole had approached when we had taken our house off the market. We told Nicole that our home was off market and to please leave us alone but a few months later she began sending emails. I asked her to stop sending emails but she sent two more. I warned her that her next unwelcome email would result in negative publicity, again reminding her that the house is off the market. Two more follow-up emails came, hours later. Not impressed. This reeks of desperation. To answer Nicole's reply: I do not see a means to unsubscribe, not that I ever subscribed in the first place. We texted as you said, and you acknowledged my request to leave us alone. Here is the actual last-straw reply I sent in response to unwanted email #6, after asking to receive no more contact three times. "Nicole, Okay, you have now earned yourself some publicity. I have asked twice that you stop. I then warned you that next one will result in being Yelped. Yet you persist with email #6. Let me make this clear as I possibly can: F*** off. Now. Next email from you merits a complaint to BBB and DRE. " read more

Nicole Solari's comment on my review is entirely misleading. My husband did *not* opt in to receive her constant barrage of emails. Nicole started bothering him months ago. He asked her to stop, and she did. For a while. For some reason, she decided to start up again. Yesterday, Nicole Solari was asked to stop emailing several times, yet she continued to spam our inbox all day. Today, SHE EMAILED AGAIN after being clearly instructed to stop. Her letter to my husband was impolite and accusatory. The "threat" Nicole mentioned in her comment was my husband telling her that one more email would result in a Yelp review. She sent THREE more after that, and one more today. We are *not* the first Yelpers to describe Nicole Solari as dishonest. Had Nicole Solari stopped bothering us when we asked the first --or second or third or fourth-- time, this public demonstration of our dissatisfaction would not be necessary. As noted previously, Nicole Solari / Level Up Realty will never be invited to sell our home if and when we choose to do so. Nicole's intrusive behavior is not exemplary of a professional. Level Up Realty - The Solari Group - New house, first house - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Fairfield, California

As a first time home buyers, we interviewed quite a few realtors before deciding to work with the Solari Group. What I can say is this, it's not so much what happens up to the sale that matters, a lot of people can help you spend your money. Don't get me wrong, Jason was a CHAMP at helping us get the offer accepted and negotiating throughout the process, getting us to close. He is a champ. What about after? Did he disappear after the check cleared? Without boring you with too many details, we had a few minor issues with what was reported on the seller report and what we found to be true after we moved-in. Jason was there, every step of the way. He interfaced with the home warranty company and the sellers - he didn't disappear. Jason helped us take care of all the outstanding issues. He is a true professional that cares about his clients. And that's all you can ask for, someone in your corner. Work with Jason. He will be there for you. read more

I got my house! Teresa Tejbusova w Nicole Solari never gave up on finding the right place for me. Tereza took text messages, answered quickly and talked on the phone as well. For me, being able to text a small question, or call for a bigger one is important on both sides. It allows a busy agent to continue her work and still make us feel important. In this market you have to be quick and keep your ducks in a row. Tereza shared our vision of what a property could look like. She was always positive and answered our questions thoroughly, thoughtfully , and her info matched my research. I worked hard for this house. So did Tereza and her team. Meinoh Kim handled my loan in the same manner. There were days during the purchase process when I got/gave 5 texts & two calls. Meinoh's team allowed me to contact 1 person most ,that made me feel secure to give them so much information (Thanks Jillie!) everyone was kind quick & helpful. I'm so very greatful to this agent/loan team, it wasn't my first try at purchase, they were so encouraging. I thank God & I love my house! read more

Nicole Solari, the broker owner, is an optimistic and friendly real estate agent. We sold our home after having really loved and living in it for the last 10 years. She delivered on close to the amount that we wanted and was always very responsive and positively communicated with us, even during her busy times. There was a small hiccup around some agreed upon items not having been communicated to us in a timely fashion and we had to work quickly together to get it done. But we were understanding - and Nicole did her best to make it right. We appreciate her candor and care. Thanks, Nicole, for your support and help through a situation where you had many moving parts. read more

Nicole and her team helped us to list our house and sell it in March 2019. If I have to describe them in one sentence-I will say-Superheroes of Real Estate. They know this in and out and are very professional throughout the process. Nicole started by initial consultation, then staging the house and then assigning Ali to our listing who took care of the rest till closing. Both Nicole and Ali were very reachable anytime we needed them or had a question. It did take us long time to sell this house because initially we listed it with other agent who was unsuccessful in completing the sale. By the time, we listed with Nicole, the market was slow but she still was able to get the job done; so honestly, we know the difference between good and bad real estate agent!!! read more

Jeremy Forcier showed impressive initiative and leadership in getting me an affordable mortgage loan for my first home purchase. He took the time to meet me in my office and he showed true interest in who I am and what I do. I would have expected our relationship to end as soon as my loan was secured, but to my surprise, Jeremy continues to regularly invite me to special events and we are building a strong relationship that transcends mortgage lending. I also recently had the pleasure of meeting Nicole, Ali, and Jasmine with the Solari Group. These ladies are quality through and through. They are kind, intelligent, interesting, curious about everyone they meet, and they aim to serve. If there was a 10 star option I would start off with that for this review. The Solari group "team" comprised of (Nicole and Ian) were exceptional to work with. Buying a home is supposed to be a stressful process, however; they made our buying experience a lot of fun. In every aspect of the engagement both Ian and Nicole went the extra mile to ensure nothing was overlooked. After the purchase was complete, Ian was instrumental in helping our contractors get access to the house to begin the work in a timely fashion. One last thing I'd like to point out is the relationship between Solari group and the lender they had recommended. Not only did we get the best rate for this purchase, but both sides were in lockstep the entire process and it was evident that they have successfully done this many times. read more

Many Thanks to Nicole Solari and her professional staff for making our house sale happen. When I was assisting my 82 yr old mom in selling her home recently, we were lucky enough to be introduced to Nicole Solari. We could tell after our first visit with her that she definitely "knew her stuff", and would make this sale happen. She walked through our home and shared how best to get our house prepared. After that meeting Nicole was ON IT!! By her second visit she had our target dates for pictures, listings, showings and she and her support staff snapped into action to meet those dates. After 7 days of showings there were five offers. My mom's house closed 30 days later. It is our pleasure to recommend Nicole and her colleagues at Level Up Realty - The Solari Group. We have no doubt your experience will also be a good one. read more

Had a fantastic experience with Melinda Capp. She's what you want in a realtor. We got exactly the home we wanted, in our target neighborhood and for a great value. Whether it's being easily accessible to show us homes, gathering intel for the offers, quickly replying to messages, negotiating the deal and getting your through the arduous process to close, she makes things happen. She's on top of details (even if that means keeping things moving while she's on vacation!). LevelUp Realty is part of Glide, a franchise of other similar independent realtors. From my experience Glide realtors and LevelUp realty has an assembly line system to sell houses as quickly as possible to get as many sales as possible without regard for the best interest of the seller. That was the case in the sale of my house. From the beginning there were several red flags. LevelUp sent out an unlicensed and uninsured yard maintenance handyman to trim trees in the yard which I did not hire. LevelUp sold their services by explaining how they have been getting astronomical prices on houses but then they wanted to list the house at a ridiculously low price. They said a higher price would limit the number of buyers who would look at the property. They based their proposed listing price on out of date and not comparable Comps in a red-hot real-estate market with low interest rates. At my request they listed the house at a higher price but still way below comparable sales throughout the surrounding area. They claimed they use more listings agencies than other realtors so more perspective buyers would see the listing which I do not think was true. That contradicts why they pushed the sale through to the first batch of offers. They had an explanation for everything that expedited pushing the sale through without getting the best price. They sold me on their logic for selling to the first "most qualified buyer" and advised me to not accept two offers that were $40,000 higher. Supposedly because if the the house did not appraise at that value the buyer would back out of the sale and they would lose precious time and would have to start over with a new offer and other buyers would be deterred. They said the house would not appraise for a high price but in fact it did. The appraisal was done by the buyer's appraiser and it appraised for the exact price of the buyers offer. In the beginning they provided a "Guide to interviewing a Real Estate agent" with questions to ask other prospective realtors which had several irrelevant and trick questions but did not take the long-standing reputation and experience of the other realtors into consideration. LevelUp did not understand the sales contract they presented to me because when I asked about language in the sale contract that gave the impression the buyer could buy the house at the appraised value. The LevelUp agent had to use a legal serve provider to get an explanation. The buyers agent most certainly added that language to the contract to assure the sale for their buyer. The Level up agent was a great at promoting LevelUp Realty and the tactics they use but not at getting the best price and representing my best interests. I indicated I was considering postponing selling the house for a year but the agent gave me a contract to sign that locked me into the sale. LevelUp and the buyers agent split the 5% commission that reputable realtors that I turned down would have charged. I recommend putting the sale of your house in the hands of a long standing reputable realtor and do not recommend LevelUp Realty. read more

I found Nicole on Yelp after searching for a realtor to sell my dad's home. I was out of the area and not pleased with the lack of effort and constant lowball pressure from the first realtor my dad selected. A different realtor my dad knew also lowballed - suggesting we ask about $200k less than we ultimately sold it for! By contrast, Nicole was persistent and patient and we got a fair price despite some market changes, fires and whatnot. My dad's custom 1970s home was an ugly duckling on a great lot without similar comparable sales. Nicole arranged for major repairs, improvements, painting, furniture rental and partial staging. Everything was handled for us and she was very professional and practical. She was generous with open houses and responsive to my requests for excellent photos and freshening of the listing midway through. I also selected her because of her tech background and superior marketing for this small town / rural community. We received weekly reports about the internet activity, which was helpful in making decisions on price adjustments. I highly recommend this realtor and feel fortunate that I found her. She worked hard for the sale and I'm confident that my dad did not leave money on the table. read more

Pros: Nicole always conducted herself in a professional manner, she was knowledgeable about the local market, and stayed calm under pressure. Cons: Due to her high volume of clients we sometimes felt lost in the mix. Our open houses were pretty big flops, but in all honesty I cannot say whether it was the marketing strategy or the unlucky weather (pouring rain every weekend). We had a tricky situation that required us to buy and sell at the same time and close both escrows on the same business day. Nicole was confident she could pull it off and helped me stay positive when it felt hopeless. In the end she made it happen and we are currently living in our dream home. I had a great experience working with nicole as my realtor . I interviewed other selling agents and they are all very smart, but I choose Nicole because she has a good heart, very smart, genuine , humble and I'm comfortable working with her. As the breadwinner of my family , everyone depends on me and the last two years has been very tough and stressful for me. As a first time seller who has a little knowledge with real estate , I have lots of doubts , anxiety and fears. Nicole was very patient and understanding with me. She answered all my questions during the selling process . Every time I reach out to her, she's always available. Her contractor (Walter) is very humble and kind . He did an amazing job with renovations. The stager did so well, the house is so beautiful and the photographer took amazing photos. I posted it on social media and everyone asked me who was my realtor . Nicole did all of that for me, she's very organized and hardworking. I definitely recommend nicole, especially if you're a first time seller or buyer or if you are the type of person like me that always worry, you will need definitely need a realtor like nicole by your side.
