Upon initial estimates he seemed to have his business together and claimed to be licensed and insured (I found out later through the city that he is not), I also noticed that his business address listed here at 3 Fairbanks Ave is fake. During the course of the first few days of the project I started noticing numerous red flags including the poor quality of his work which was not just terrible but flat out concerning. Adrian only worked 1-3 hours every couple of days. He did not repair anything to code. He also left a huge mess that had to be ripped back out and re-worked by a new contractor that I had to hire. I tried to be reasonable and allow him to keep some of the money for some of the work he did but he had no intention of making it right. I eventually had to fire him and won judgement in small claims court. He is still out there to my knowledge scamming good honest people please learn from my misfortune and do your research on contractors.

He showed up when he said he would, with no hassle. Each day I came home and he would be packing up for the day (pre-arranged by me) so I could get a rundown of what was done. When he wasn't going to be there the next day, it was for reasonable explanations ( plaster drying etc.) The work was completed to my high standards, and he even gave me suggestions of what would make it a more suitable work area. He kept saying that he was going to come fix it. He'd promise a time and simply not show up, he'd say he was on his way and never show up without a word, or he'd try to come after dark late at night. After 2 weeks of begging him to fix the leaky roof, we had to hire another roofer to do another tear off because it was so bad. We took him to small claims (he didn't show up twice-no surprise there) and we were awarded the full amount plus the cost of the interior repairs. We have yet to see the money owed to us. I have all texts between us and him, as well as more pictures. The judge was disgusted and immediately awarded us the full asking amount. If I could give zero stars, I would.
