The quality of their workmanship is really outstanding from the foundation all the way to the finish carpentry! They explained the entire process clearly at the beginning of the job and presented a clear, professional, contract before starting. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up every day before they left. They dug the foundation for the extension, built the foundation wall, built the walls and roof and installed new windows. Inside they did the drywall, laid a new floor and installed the cabinetry. The finished product exceeded our expectations! We have referred several people to Q&M knowing that they will not be disappointed.

They had to fix a number of issues including dry-rot, lack of insulation, replacing various layers of the exterior around the windows and weather-proofing the house in parts where it was lacking. They came out in a very timely manner to provide a quote. Corvair clearly explains the work he is carrying out and is very knowledgeable at what he does. Their team is hard-working on-site. Upon discovering some further issues, he offered options on how to proceed, some of which involved more work but when he reached those decision points he was very clear and prompt as to what the benefit of the additonal work at the time. I trust the quality and of their work and will keep coming back to Charge Construction. Him and his team do great work and the prices are fair for the quality of service provided.
