They take care of all my vehicles. From repairs, oil changes and tires they are fantastic! Honest garage and highly recommend.

The owner, Dale, is extremely kind and honest. He is the only person I trust with my vehicles.

Finding fair and reliable automotive repair can be difficult, but look no further! Dale and his team are kind, quick, and very professional. Not many shops would consider doing work on a 20 year old vehicle, but Dale never hesitates to help and provide honest feedback. My family and I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend! read more

My brakes were grinding bad I made a fb post and a close friend recommended heights auto. They got my van in right away, fixed my brakes and even went above and beyond to clear my couple lights on the dash free of charge! One being the tire pressure the other my sliding van door was having issues. Thank you Dale for your wonderful customer service. I felt as though my safety and the safety of my kids was more important to this man than getting paid. 10/10 recommend read more

Thank you to this business for your quick and honest service. With money being tight for our family right now, I was pleasantly surprised to find our bill lower than anticipated with more work actually being done. Thankful for your service. read more

Yelp has never steered me wrong before so I was excited to try this place out. I should have taken more notice that the previous reviews are all over 2 years old...time for an update. I went here for an oil change and to replace a headlight bulb. I called before to see if they could service my make/model and they asked me to stop by and they would let me know. I did that and they assured me they could service my vehicle. The shop is conveniently located between holland, zeeland, and watch your money because they about to steal it. The "waiting area" is small with only 3, really dirty, nasty, filthy, chairs. There's an old, dusty, near empty water jug for your comfort and pleasure. Enjoy the water borne illness you contract should you choose to partake in that drinking party. The bathroom is old. I can deal with old. And naturally, should you be at this place with a toddler, they will need to use the bathroom more times than you can imagine and there is no amount of soap on your kid that can wash this bathrooms filth off of them. I would have rather used a port-o-potty on the last day of birthday bash. Now that's saying something. I get it, I'm at a mechanic shop, but this was appalling. After waiting forever for my vehicle (1.5 hours) to be serviced for an oil change and light bulb...I was finally told my vehicle was finished. Only it wasn't. They changed the oil, sure. But they weren't able to change the light after all. Ok, fine. Give me my car so I can get out of this crap hole and bathe myself and my children for the next hour. Then, I'm handed the dirtiest thing in the place. The bill. They charged me for NOT replacing the headlight. Said they weren't able to and to take it somewhere else. Fan. Tastic. When I questioned it, I got "deer in the headlights" so I took my beating like a grown up and paid the filth hole $75 for an oil change. Let me be clear. I want my 1.5 hours back. And soap. Or bleach to clean my children. read more

Brilliant service. My mother and I came into Holland to get a vacuum cleaner fixed and do some shopping. Along the way, the car tire went flat. We pulled into Quality Auto Wash on 8th Street and tried to fill the tire, but alas, no go. I then went into their store, and they hooked me up with Heights. They sent out a young man who fixed our problem tire so that we could continue home (30 miles away). He was focused on the task at hand and extremely helpful. I can only say that Heights Service is the place I'd like to encounter the next time that I and my mother have problems on the road. Thank you. You did Holland proud. read more

Heights Service is honest, reliable, and extremely professional. They know what they're doing, and know how to explain it in a way that makes sense. Been dealing with this Auto Repair shop for at least 20 years. I would not take my car or family's cars anywhere else! They are absolutely the best repair shop that I've ever used. We've taken cars in not entirely knowing what the problem was and could have been taken advantage of with a big bill. This shop is so honest they will not do work if your car doesn't need it. 90% of the time repair work is completed same day. I always ask for an estimate of cost and repair bill usually comes in less than estimated. Highly recommend this shop for any car repair. read more

My college aged daughter needed a new starter put in her car recently. I called Heights Service around 3 in the afternoon and they were able to get my daughters car in the next day to put the new starter on. This was a huge blessing as she works 2 jobs and also takes summer classes at GVSU so she needs her car to get around! I so very much appreciated Dale getting her car turned around so fast. The bill even came in under his original quote, so that was a nice surprise as well. We will definitely call on them again with any of our future car repairs!! Thanks so much!! read more
