    Greek salad w Tuna, outstanding!
    David K.

George and his team are warm and caring, but also do a nice job with the cooking and serving and cleaning. Went in for the first time today, had a lovely Greek salad with tuna, everything was beautiful, and delicious, top-notch. Even the water was delicious. George has a great rapport with customers, and, I will pray for his family!

Pretty subpar breakfast place. Would only go here if I literally could not make breakfast at all or the grocery store was closed. It was not that good. Nothing note-worthy. Nasty cheese on the bagels. Very basic. Instead go to Cafe Fresh Bagel, about 10 mins up the rode. I would not recommend this place. You can tell some locals hang out here but it doesn't seem like the most respectable place to be at. Service is okay but could be better.

Items are on the pricier side. They mainly serve breakfast and lunch items. We opted for breakfast: -- House Special Omelet $18: was meh. The omelet was ok, and came with toast of your choice, and a generous portion of home fries. I'd order something else next time. -- Corned Beef Hash Benedict $18: this was great! Very satisfying and recommended! This also came with a very generous side of home fries. -- Side of bacon $4/3 strips: we asked for extra crispy bacon and that's exactly what we got. Sooo good! -- Coffee $3: decent coffee with free refills. Great customer service. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Recommended!!

Since switching ownership, we have eaten here twice and both times left disappointed. The first time we ordered Irish eggs Benedict and the hash was not cooked correctly and had raw onions in it. WHO PUTS RAWS ONIONS IN HASH?!? The second time we had eggs, sausage and home fries and my buddy ordered the same. 5 hours later... food poisoning. Pretty sure it was the undercooked sausage. It's a bummer to see this place go downhill. It's super cute but just not worth it anymore!

The decorations are very festive. They lean into over the top. This makes it a great place for kids and adults that appreciate quirky things. The staff are very nice and friendly. The way they lean into over the top theming can make this feel more like a quirky restaurant in New York then something on moody st. I would love to see more character in Massachusetts restaurants and In a pickle is leading by example. Bad: The TVs with with America's funny home videos can be a little much. Sofia was wonderful as I ordered the mushroom burger but with the smash patties 2 4 oz patties vs regular one 8 oz. Came with fries. Wednesday is Wicked Wing Wednesday where if you order a burger or a beer you get 6 piece wings complimentary! What a deal. The burger wasn't seasoned as well as I would have thought and was quite bland, had to add ketchup to help it out. The fries seemed like maybe the oil isn't hot enough as they were clumped together and were very soft in the middle (length wise, not the center of the fry) I only ate the smaller extra crispy ones. If they all had been crispy it would have been great. Got the garlic parmesan wings and those were good. Took them to go. Service was on point and the decor was a simple diner feel. No frills with a mixture of booths and tables

The bread was warm and fluffy and the frosting was creamy and nicely sweetened but not overly sweet. I was a fan. The french toast was eggy and the bread was soft. The home fries were good. The steak in the steak and eggs was well seasoned. It did taste A1-y. It was cooked to medium rare as per my request. I was a fan of the steak chunks. I will return. I found this establishment by searching for a breakfast place on a Saturday. The day I found it,…read morethe wait was really long. I was able to get on the waitlist via Yelp which was great. I wasn't at the location. I ended up being #44. Because of the wait, we decided to go somewhere else. Now two days later, on a Monday, I happened to be driving in the area. I looked it up on Yelp and got on the waiting list. I was #14. When I arrived, I didn't see it. I drove around to the back and there is was. Amazed that on a school day Monday, there were ppl outside waiting. I parked and went inside to see if I could get a bar seat. The bar seating included in the wait however by wait was cut in half due to being by myself. Once you walk in, there's a check in counter to the left, the seating area is to the right. Before being seated, I went to use the bathroom and it was gross. One stall was disgusting after someone decided not to flush leaving only one stall. I'm assuming because that toilet wasn't flushed, it caused the bathroom to smell awful. While using the bathroom I heard two people come in. One being an employee that had JM Diner shirt on it. She waited for the stall I was using. It was concerning that as an employee she didn't attempt to rectify the non-flushed toilet. I went back to the waiting area and shortly later, I sat at the bar. Each person, including the other customers I was siting next to was very pleasant. I'm in love with pancakes. I inquired about them and one guy described them being huge and he asked another employee to describe them and he gave the description of a little smaller than a manhole cover. We laughed and I then ordered - only one though. I also ordered a steak and cheese omelette with a side of tomatoes and orange juice. My goshhhhhhhhhh....their pancakes!!!! No wonder this place's wait is ridiculous. The pancakes were amazing. They were a tad bit sweet but the texture, size, fluffiness was delicious. The orange juice is freshly squeezed A lot if places don't do freshly squeezed. I will definitely come back here with the family!
