I didn't get that 'unwelcome' vibe that Target employees usually give off, so I guess that's a good thing. Parking lot is busy, but spacious enough. It could've been designed a little better, but it's not Target's fault as it occupies the land with several other businesses. Upscale doesn't always mean better and in this case, it certainly doesn't. Again, this is a smaller Target location - so if you're familiar enough with Target and what they carry, you might not find what you're looking for here. Inside, there's typically only one register open, and the cashier is sometimes away from the front handling other tasks. Lines build quickly. Customer service has also felt harsh and moody on more than one visit. On top of that, very few items are actually $1 anymore, which takes away from the original appeal.
