Moreover, Lorena declined to contact Linda or the owner for clarification. After hearing about this issue from my coworker, I visited the bakery personally, only to receive the same response from Lorena. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed--not only were we unable to fulfill the treat for our teachers, but we also encountered a lack of professionalism and customer care. The reputation of a business relies heavily on both its service and its staff. I am very disappointed about the way your business treats customers. I will not visit your bakery again and I will let everyone know about the terrible experience we had at your business.
