It comes with espresso, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, sea salt, and Jigsaw collagen boost. The collagen boost adds 8g of protein, which is a nice addition. I really enjoyed the drink. My go-to order is a honey cinnamon latte, and the firefly glow is basically the same with some fun additions. I also purchased a half gallon of local raw milk for my teenage son. He's been on a raw milk kick and was very grateful when I brought it home. I would definitely return!

Even though it has a modern feel to it, Red Canyon keeps that Old Town Scottsdale vibe with its wood planked walls and timber pillars. They have both coffee drinks and gelato here. They also have a small food menu. We grabbed a gelato and some lattes and enjoyed a some relax time on their patio before heading to our next destination. This is a great place to grab a drink while exploring Old Town Scottsdale.

The space is very small, so don't plan on coming here to crank out some work for a few hours, this is very much a stop for a minute, not stop for a while kind of place. While on the food tour we got a little bit of background on the founders of the establishment and their local success along with a wonderful Brown Sugar Cold Brew. I am a bit of a weakling when it comes to coffee so I needed an extra splash of cream but then I was good to go! Staff on both visits were very friendly and welcoming, too. I did try one of the breakfast sandwiches with hot honey and it was delicious -- I would 100% order it again.
