They are great at explaining the difference between 'this is a problem-don't drive' vs 'this is a problem, fix in next 15k miles'. I thought I had a bearing issue. They looked at it and said it was a tire issue that really did need prompt replacement. They could not fix it that day (too late to get new tires). So they recommended another shop nearby. Another time, they declared an issue was beyond their ability and suggested the dealer. Much preferred than spending for half a job before they got stuck and cost me a bunch. They seem to handle everyone's car expertise level very well based on overhearing them work with other customers.

I just got my oil changed again at my dealership six months later, and they let me know that the two guys who changed my oil previously permanently dented my car by incorrectly mounting it on the lift. they even had the nerve to ask me to write them a positive review after the service. I will never be doing any business in this or any other jiffy lube location ever again, if this is how the company trains their employees.
