I knew I was going to drop some change pretty hard when I needed new contacts. One of the things I…read moreappreciated most about TotalVision was that the group here is very transparent about costs from the minute you get in. In fact, there are 5 different tiers of contact pricing, so that helped me figure out what would fit me best. In addition, they let me try a certain type of contacts for 4 days and come back in to determine if it was a good fit and feel for me. That little gesture really helped solidify my confidence and eased the pain of the cost. Dr. Lindower was very kind and efficient without making me feel rushed. The other two people working here who helped during my appointment - I forget their names! - were also very nice. You could tell they do the same sequence with most of their patients, but I felt cared for and not just another paying customer. They answered my questions along the way and were very descriptive about what a certain test or a certain liquid was for. It was a little challenging getting a first-time appointment, but there was a lot more flexibility for the follow-up appointment. Definitely call with a bunch of time leeway in mind. I'd definitely recommend TotalVision.

Really appreciate Dr. Lindower's gentle, kind demeanor and excellent staff. I'd like a bigger…read moreselection of frames, but still they offer expertise with thoughtfulness, comprehensive exam services using latest tech, and reasonable pricing. Plus, it's close to home. You can't really beat that!

Office staff is horrible. I asked to be called at the end of the day because I work 3 rd shift. So…read moreinstead of calling at 3:30 as I requested(they close at 4) they called at 10:00 am. Thanks a lot!!! I took a sleep aid because I was having a job interview and staff meeting that day and wanted to be sure I was on point. Thus the request for the call back in the afternoon . Needless to say I was groggy for both. All I wanted to do was order a pair of back up glasses. The prescription had not yet expired, which they admitted but they said they recommend I come in. Trying to use up my end of year hsa dollars, that's all. Will not be going back. If you can't comply with a simple, respectfully made request, I'm not interested in giving my business

I made an appointment with this office. Very friendly staff and the eye exam was ok. My issue is…read morethat they said that they were in network with my insurance company and they were not. They called me up and said that I owed an additional $80 because "it was a diabetic medical exam and that it went to the deductible. I called my insurance company and they said that they were not in network and that the billing code was correct. They actually billed the insurance company an extra medical fee, which was rejected because it's included in the coding for the original eye exam. The practice was not in network at the time of my exam and tried to bill me the out of network fee. The other issue is is that the doctor will not give you your paper prescription for your eyeglasses until you buy the eyeglasses from them. I asked the doctor for my prescription and he said that when I picked up my glasses, he would give it to me. I have never had this happen before. As far as my prescription itself, I'm still not seeing very clearly.
