I've been back to this office and received slightly better attention from new office manager. My rating, and anonymity, stand.

I have been going here for a few years now. I have been to both doctors and they are excellent. 2 of my kids also wear glasses. The doctors and the staff are very patient and listen carefully to all issues and concerns. Erin, who fits the contact lenses is especially patient and helpful. My son required several appointments in order to get the right fit for his contacts. The ladies who help fit the glasses are also so friendly and helpful. And I can always get an appointment that fits my schedule. read more

I had my first ever eye exam at 42 yrs here a few months ago. that part of this experience was phenomenal! the idea of being able to see clearer driving at night was so very exciting. when it came to getting the glasses, I was directed to a small pedestal display in the corner, to choose my "husky" frames. that was slightly uncomfortable. with knowing nothing about this process I was relying heavily on staff to guide me through this process. the first pair I received had the bifocals right in the middle of my sight line. so I had to go back as they weren't useable. the bifocals were lowered but now were too small to see out of and I was looking below the bottom of the frame to see my speedometer and gauges. so back for trip #2 to get rid of the bifocal. and possibly enlarge the viewing area. I suggested this frame enlargement and was told to "pick out any frames" "we just want you happy" with a snide demeanor. this was very frustrating I'm just looking to get my eyesight rectIfied. 9 days later I hadn't heard a thing so I called to see if they were ready. ( as I was heading that way and trying to save money on gasoline) to my surprise they were ready. when I picked them up the frames were not the ones I had picked out. but I realize that I shouldn't be this picky and just deal with it. well I've used them twice driving at night and I cannot see a damn thing. I see 3 sets of headlights and taillights when I'm wear g them to the point that I have to take them off to drive. and I also have to puchase a separate set of readers. smh. so here I am, at I believe has been 5 or 6 trips back and forth to get something that literally does not do anything I expected them to do, im not even sure that these are made for what I need. they cannot possibly be? no improvement to my vision? I'm in a position of havI got glasses that don't work and spending a small fortune driving back and forth. needless to say I'm very disappointed in all of this. the hope of being able to see clearly and taking care of something I've never been able to afford has been taken away. I guess I'll return the glasses that don't work and take a loss. read more

Sorry I inconvenienced this business with my eye exam today. I showed up called, wasn't met at the door so I called again. They let me in and then asked about my insurance. I didn't have at the moment and they asked me to leave. So I'm sorry I wasted our time. Needless to say. Eye exams are done by computers and these people are a dime a dozen and I'll go elsewhere per this business. read more

i went to these guys because family kept asking me too very nice people but im on disability so there was one test medicare wouldnt pay for i told him before that he couldnt do that test it wasnt covered and wasnt a reg part of an eye exam anyway he decided he wanted the test dont worry about the extra cost ! well once a month i get a bill for 35 dollers every month out side of that its a nice office read more

Yesterday, Oct 14, 2021, my husband and I went to Tri County Vision. I was purchasing glasses and wanted his opinion on frames. Everything went smoothly. There was a little bit of a delay. But it was obvious that a new person was in training. The staff member who was training the new person was completely professional. The new person was also very good. However, there was a third person at the desk and that is the person I want to address. Be careful what you say about clients/customers within the hearing distance of other clients/ customers. You have absolutely no idea what their backstory might be. You don't know what happened before they walked through your doors. In my case my husband fell asleep while we were waiting. What you didn't know, what you couldn't know is that he had worked all night and was exhausted but still came with me. And yes, he is "Mr. wonderful" to me, to his children, to his family and friends. My overall experience was good. But I would ask that you to be more mindful, to think before you speak. What the staff discusses in the staff room is your business. But when you are out front people should be treated respectfully. read more

tri-county vision is the best of the best. i have never experienced the skill and attention to detail they have!!!!!
