This time the defect appeared within 30 days and I went in and they said they would cut new lenses fully covered under the 30 day warranty. Got a text and went in expecting new lenses but they replaced the whole frame as well because they said the frame may be defective. These are Versace frames so they are not cheap, I was really floored. Well, that's really going above and beyond and while I have no idea if this will happen again (if so I'm told the prescription might just be incompatible with the frames) they have demonstrated superior customer service thus far.

This man was not personable at all. I had multiple questions and he treated me like an incompetent woman. I knew after my visit with him I would never go to him again. The woman helping me with my glasses was nice but their selection was horrible and expensive. The worst was when I picked up my glasses! They didn't even provide any eye glass cleaner because they ran out... you seriously have none at an EYE doctor?? Now with billing. I went in November and just now in April am getting a bill. My insurance covers an annual eye exam 100% so I'm unsure why they are charging me nearly $200. I called to inquire and the male receptionist said he had no clue what was going on and he was going to talk to billing and get back to me that day when he returns from break. I heard nothing for 3 days. I just called back today and the female receptionist said there was no note on my file about my previous inquiry. She verified my insurance info and it matched so I have no clue why they are still billing me when my insurance covers 100%. She said they will contact me once they talked to billing. So I'm assuming I will not hear back and I'll still have an outstanding bill from this horrible place. Once my billing situation gets straightened out I will NEVER go here again. With the help of my patient advocate from United Health Care made an appointment at Harvey & Lewis. Being disabled I use a mobility scooter to go anywhere for doctors groceries or anything I may need. So on the day of the appointment used my scooter about 3 miles up one way As soon as I got there the receptionist opened the doors greeted me with a big smile. Even though I was early I was guided into an examination room. The doctor jumping between her scheduled and myself. The doctor was fantastic a great experience up to date testing equipment different from what I remembered. When the Dr. was with the other patient the staff kept checking on me. After the diagnosis was directed to an associate to pick out my new glasses. My coverage was $300.00 for frames lenses fully covered. The selection was fantastic I was very impressed. I highly recommend coming here to get your vision checked. Personally i feel the eyewear selection is limited, so I end up purchasing my glasses elsewhere. It may just be me being picky since I am a creature of habit and have worn a specific pair of Ray Ban glasses they don't carry. Overall, a great experience!!!!
