Great service, excellent prices. You can't go wrong with this heavy weight safe and vault.

These guys were great. Easy to schedule, showed up on time. They also gave us updates and noted different weight of safe than we had first indicated. Danny the delivery person helped educate us about our safe construction which I found very helpful. Danny was cheerful, flexible and was nice to have conversation with. I will definitely use these guys again. I also will recommend them to friends and family. Our safe arrived without scratches or damage. read more

Can't thank this crew enough for helping me out after i purchased a safe from a friend. Took care of everything while I was at work, worth every penny just for the peace of mind alone. Thanks again! read more

Master at his craft. Works with such precision and care he's able to maneuver and leverage his equipment/tools in such elegant manner that it gives you the highest confidence in his services. Somehow someway he managed to put a 800 pound block of cement inside my car. It seemed like a bag of feathers to him. read more

This was a recent post on the Nextdoor App. A friend of mine told me that a friend's house was just burglarized a few days ago in HB. I'm writing just to remind you all that you MUST keep your high value items in a big super quality safe that is bolted down. These thieves were prepared for anything, they went through all the gates, doors, and opened all of the small safes without a problem. All under 20 minutes. The even more unfortunate part is that, most of what was stolen was not even locked up. This was truly a MAJOR score for these thieves, which unfortunately proves to them that what they do is WORTH THE RISKS! What's happening will never stop unless we stop making it worth it for them. This is no game... This post is not to frighten, but imperative to stay informed. Our best defense against perpetrators is to be aware and safeguard oneself and valuable possessions. The newer safes being sold at retailers are not of the same quality or stability of the older safes. This is a good place to shop. read more

I need a 6th star here, 5 isn't enough! We just bought a new house, and a condition of us winning the bid was we had to accept it with a giant gun safe in one of the upstairs bedrooms. We knew getting it out seemed impossible, but if possible, would likely do some damage to our hardwood stairs and cost a fortune. I got two recommendations from our moving company and sent a message to Heavyweight first. Not only did they respond IMMEDIATELY, they were friendly and helpful as I sent over measurements and photos to get an accurate idea of the job. Unfortunately, our landing was going to be a seriously tight fit and they said they'd PREFER not to do it, but that if I had my heart set on removal they would figure it out for me. Not only did they figure it out, they did it EXPERTLY - the most impressive feat I've seen accomplished in years! The guys were professional and cool, they protected my stairs and floors, and got the giant safe down and out within an hour! Experts. These guys are TRUE EXPERTS. The reviews are all true. read more

When I bought a gun safe from Turner's in Orange, the store had their own recommendation for a mover, but I texted Heavyweight Safe & Vault instead and got a price within minutes. Not only that but they picked it up and delivered it the next day AND on a Saturday for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the service from beginning to end. Thanks, guys! I plan to move in the next year or so within Orange County, and I'll definitely be reaching out to Heavyweight Safe & Vault again when I do. read more

Important stuff first: Do I recommend them? Yes Would I hire them again? Yes Did they deliver my safe without damaging it? Yes ***Longer Review*** Very happy with Heavyweight Safe and Vault. They were prompt returning my text and gave a good price (in my opinion). If I would have gone with a moving company, it would have been more money and I am not sure they would have been able to move my safe - these guys handled it with no issue. They also were able to help me super quick (same day, about an hour later) and were good with communication. I don't know if this is normal, but I was happy. They wore masks, no problems there (we're in a pandemic now - for those reading later). They have an electric dolly (I have never seen before, but it was very cool to watch) that handled the 700lbs safe with ease. One of them made a comment that my safe was on the small size, so I'm assuming they are used to moving much larger equipment. They have a trailer with a hydraulic lift (prob hydraulic - it goes up and down and makes a cool whrrr sound). They were both very respectful to me and in my opinion did a good job - very excited to have the safe moved to it's new location! If you need a safe moved, give these guys a call or text! read more

OMG! Service like you wouldn't believe! From the time I called them to them time they arrived was within an 1 1/2. The two guys showed up with the proper equipment and had my 1500 lb safe loaded in a matter of minutes! These guys know what they're doing for sure. The price? Way below what I expected to pay on a short notice call. Call Heavyweight Safe and Vault for all of your heavy moves. They are the best!! Thanks again for taking care of my move in short notice!!! I will definitely use their services again in the future. Ken read more

Wow!!!!!! Contacted Josh, about my Safe scenario going to the second floor with an island in the middle, send him a couple of pictures. He gave me a competitive quote and arrange an appointment, the next day, 2 of his guys were here on time, with the professionalism, the equipment and the carefulness. In 30 min everything the new safe was setup upstairs exactly where I wanted. It doesn't get any easier than this. The main reason why I chose Josh because they specialized in these type of moves. I had a moving company gave me a lower price to assign 3 guys, but for safety reasons and possible scenario of disaster , I opted for the specialist. One bad event with the normal furniture movers will be costly, assuming no one get hurts. Don't mess with these heavy safe and vaults, its no joke, get a specialist. Good luck. read more

Showed up as promised, with the right equipment, and got the job done professionally, safe, and fast. I will be using them again, and recommend them without hesitation. read more

Very professional service. Dedicated to details so as not to damage walls or flooring. Very careful and methodical approach to move unit.

I had a heavy safe to move and found out the moving company for my furniture would not be able to move it due to the size and weight. I contacted Heavyweight Safe & Vault and I was able to make an appointment to move it right away from Santa Ana to San Juan Capistrano. Isaac and Mark were able to get it out from a tight space and moved very easily. They are very friendly and helpful and if I move again I will definitely call them and request both of them! I needed two very large and heavy safes moved out of my bedrooms when I had the flooring changed in my home in February. The gentleman at Heavyweight came promptly and were both professional, efficient, & very careful when moving my safes out of the rooms so the flooring professionals could do their jobs. Subsequently, I called them again to move the safes back to their original location and again, the same gentleman came on time, were professional, efficient, & very careful. The cost of the moving services both times was reasonable--I recommend this company without hesitation! read more

Did a great job. Efficient. I needed it done same day and they squeezed me in at the end of the day. The guys waited while I cut would to fit properly under the safe, which they did not have to do. Josh and co were able to accommodate me a few days earlier than expected as they found themselves in my area. I got a competitive quote for what was a trickier than expected job and he was super nice and accommodating about it. They were extra careful with the surfaces of both the stairs and floors of my rental and of my new home. A really nice professional team with a can do attitude. read more

Quality Operation! I contacted Josh in the morning about moving a safe from our home office to our garage. Within a few minutes he returned a message with information about the approximate price (very reasonable) and asking when would I like to schedule the move. Turns out he had time today to complete the move. Two very nice gentlemen, Daniel and Issac, showed up on time, assessed how to move the safe and then moved it with no problems. I like that they concerned theirselves with making sure not to scratch the paint on doors and walls. Once in the garage they took a few more minutes to make sure the safe was right where I wanted it and then shimmed the safe so it is secure and level. Thank you Josh, Daniel, and Issac for helping accomplish this so quickly. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services in the future. Dave read more

Heavyweight Safe & Vault is legit! I needed same day service to move a 1,000 pound safe across the garage floor in order to prepare for garage cabinet installation. Josh, John, & Daniel were able to accommodate that same day! Even though the safe relocation was only about 35 feet & didn't involve stairs, John & Daniel took every precaution to avoid scraping or damaging our finished floors & walls. To top it off, they came all the way from Simi Valley to Irvine after moving a 3,000 pound safe with stairs! Way to go guys. Greatly appreciated. Fair price to boot. read more

In the process of moving I realized I had forgotten to make arrangements for my gun safe to be moved. I called Heavyweight to schedule an appointment for the next couple of days because of the fast response reviews I had read on here. That phone call was at 11:00am and by 2:00pm the safe was moved into my new location. The mover was so efficient he probably could have done the job without his assistant. They did a great job moving the safe and in a safe manner but it does have me worried about how easily it can be stolen. The price seemed a little high for one hours work but they did a great job and got it done immediately so I guess it was worth it. read more
