When I received the FOB, I noticed it was different but I tried and could not program. I requested a refund which they promptly approved. After they received the returned FOB and programmer, they refunded me all the money except for $10. I asked them why because they sent me the wrong FOB and they said they don't refund the shipping $7 and the insurance $3. I explained again they blew it not me, but they said sorry, we don't refund that. While its only $10, it should not cost me anything!!
