We have used Heavenly Scents since 2004. We've used them on a regularly booked schedule for a 5000 square foot house, intermittently for terminal cleaning on rental properties we owned and now every four weeks in our 1800 sq foot retirement home. For years, we had the same crew ... and we loved them! When we moved to our retirement home, we were in a different part of the city and now have a new crew ... Maria G and Vanessa. These two are also fantastic ... in fact, Maria is the daughter of the first crew we had! Our years of experience with this company have been consistently superior ... they've worked around renovations, cleaned up remodeling messes and assisted me with extra details after two surgeries. I highly recommend this company and the teams they send. read more

I have been a customer of Heavenly Scent Professional Cleaning Service for almost five years. I have been extremely satisfied with the way they do business and clean my home. I get a friendly reminder phone call prior to my monthly appointment, they are always willing to work with me if I need a schedule change and they always show up on time. I have been fortunate to have Lola for several years and Raquel more recently, they are friendly and pleasant and leave my house smelling good and sparkling clean. If you are looking for reasonably priced, reliable housecleaning service I would highly recommend Heavenly Scent. read more

I've been using this service for years and don't plan on using anyone else. I have consistently had the same team leader, and the quality and care has remained high all these years. It's comforting to know whose coming into your home and what type of service you'll get time and time again. Whenever there has been any confusion on dates or scheduling, the staff has been transparent and apologetic when they've made a mistake. They accessible by email or phone and always return the message in a timely manner. I also appreciate the reminder calls the week of the cleaning too. read more

I have using Heavenly Scent since I moved back to Mesa, from England. Not only did Heavenly Scent clean from ceiling fans to baseboards and I have continually used Heavenly Scent every other Friday for a year now. Alejandra and Maria E are punctual, friendly and professional. They are respectful of our home and it's wonderful to come home on Fridays and have a clean house that smells great. Thank to Alejandra and Maria E we are able to do things we enjoy doing on the weekends and not have to clean house. I would recommend Heavenly Scent, Alejandra & Maria E. read more

Absolutely outstanding service! Hellen and Camila did an incredible job cleaning our home. They were professional, friendly, and extremely thorough--every room was spotless, and they paid attention to details that often get overlooked. Our house felt fresh, organized, and truly cared for when they were done. They worked efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality, and their positive attitude made the whole experience even better. I have been using this service for about a year. Paulina & Nora were here today, and everything was done beautifully, as usual. Paulina has been the common denominator at every visit that I can remember. As a result, no matter who comes as her partner, they always know exactly what to do. They always have a smile, and sometimes they sing while they work. ! I love that! Nora, Paulina, and anyone from Heavenly Scent will always be welcome, and I thank them for their continuing level of good service and professional attitude. read more

Hi, I must say I am pleased to use this agency to clean my home. I have been a customer for about 8 or more years. I like that I can keep a credit card on file, I like that I get bi-weekly reminder calls (they come every two weeks), and I ESPECIALLY like that I always have a consistently cleaned home and each staff member that comes is always kind, and hard working. Take a huge workload off me, and I honestly do not have any concerns. Always thankful to be able to utilize them. No plans of stopping! read more

We have used Heavenly Scent in the past and have always been happy with their employees and their thoroughness in cleaning our home. We needed a "lift" this week and decided to call them last minute to see if there were any openings. They'd had a cancellation and fit us in the same day we called. Maria and Salma arrived in a timely manner and did a great job leaving our home looking wonderful in just two hours. They were so fun to be around too! A pleasure!! We'll definitely call them again! read more

I have used Heavenly Scent for not only my home but my rental house as well. Sandra is always on the crew and does excellent work. Teresita used to join her but is getting ready for maternity leave. Haidee is very pleasant and getting know the routine. The are very efficient and professional. I love the little touches they do in the bathrooms with the toilet paper and towels. I trust them with a key when I am not home. For over 2 years now nothing has been broken or missing. Highly recommend! read more

Lola & Eliana are my amazing, trustworthy team! We have 3 dogs so I feel like apologizing each and every time they arrive. They smile, begin attacking my dog hair covered house and leave it sparkling and bright with no trace of hair left. The house smells fresh without smelling antiseptic. My husband (who never notices when I clean) always comments how bright the house looks after they clean. Thank you Lola & Eliana. I look forward to each time you are here! See you next month!! read more

We have been using Heavenly Scent on a weekly basis for house cleaning and quarterly for window cleaning for many years now. Lola & Raquel are wonderful, do a very good job, and are great with the pets. Like all businesses, employees come and go, so ask for Lola and Raquel for awesome service. It's also really nice to actually have clean windows year round since I was horrible at doing this chore! read more
