When the cleaner arrived, an hour after the service was confirmed for, I walked them through the apartment pointing out the areas I wanted them to focus on - inside of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, windows, bathroom including inside of the shower, etc. 3 hours later I returned to only clean floors. I had to clean everything myself. No one from the company followed up on the service. Not worth it, even considering the competitive pricing.

They handled my move-in clean and I couldn't be happier every time I come home to find the everything spotless and a little extra touch here and there. BlueStone spends the same time on site as other services I've used that send one person, but they send a small team and it shows. I prefer to leave a lockbox out so I don't have to coordinate to be there. The first time I called they didn't have availability at the last minute so I went with another service, but after not being satisfied I called back Carmen and here I am almost two years later.

When I called to schedule repeat service, the woman said she would call me back. she didn't. I called again, she said she was driving. The team of ladies were early and stayed the entire allotted time. My home is spotless and so organized that I couldn't believe it was my home when I walked it. Thank you, CwM, the work your team conducted at our elder's apartment…read more The kitchen had been neglected for some time and needed a deep cleaning. This was made even worse due to a recent and persistent roach infestation that had only recently been eradicated. Your team cleaned all of her old wood kitchen cabinets (inside and out), the stove and oven, the walls, the countertops and the floor. It did not go unnoticed that they had carefully removed and replaced all of the dishes, cutlery, pots and food items stored in the cabinets in order to clean them properly. Your team also did a great job on cleaning all of the metal window frames and sills throughout the apartment. These had collected a lot of dust and grimey dirt over the years and needed some special attention. The difference was astonishing! Between the windows and the kitchen work, it actually feels like the air quality in the apartment has changed for the better. We look forward to having your team come back on a periodic basis to help keep the home in clean and healthy condition. Thank you.

What I got was the opposite, they left the apartment dirtier than before! One cleaner showed up with her teenage son, who was shirtless and sitting in the middle of the apartment when we arrived. Despite charging me for 8 hours, they stayed for 4 hours stating it's a team of 2 professionals... When I returned after the cleaning, most of the apartment was UNTOUCHED including basics like the vanity or appliances! I brought this to their attention and they sent the team back but I wasn't there. I came back the next day to find a horrible smell, and the toilet had been used and left unflushed, with pee stains on it!!! Absolutely disgusting, the apartment was more unsanitary after their visit than before!!! I reached out to the company and their customer service rep Julie tried her best, but ignored my request for a refund. No response, no accountability. I paid almost $600 for this nonsense!!! SHAME ON YOU. AVOID this company at all costs, you'll spend more time cleaning up after them than before they came!
