Location is not great Access isn't great And finally, just OK donuts. Nothing special. Lucky Donuts is the best in town for price/value, and they will fill pretty much any donut in the case with jam/custard on request. These donuts are really heavenly. They're fresh and tasty. I would've given it 5 stars but the young man who helped us seemed annoyed and just wanted us to leave. Maybe he was having a bad day. This review would be much higher if it was solely on the donuts . First off, none of the staff were wearing masks - most of the customers were but not those handling and preparing our food. Stopped in on a Labor Day, and there was only 1 person working the counter . She was shuffling back and forth between the counter and the drive through so we had to wait a little bit. Disappointed says 24 hours drive thru is open it's 4:00am not open went around several times

Terrible service. We went there at 10:00 pm on Friday night, and the neon "Drive Through open" sign was on. Drove around back, and menu sign was dark, so drove up to next window and waited. Knocked, saw no one so left. As leaving saw someone inside, so drove around again, This time saw a new note taped to menu board which said "Back at 11:05 pm". Again no one answered, but saw someone inside. Called and guy answered stating they were going to be closed until 11:05 pm. Really horrible customer service. I'm not sure why so many complaints I've been going to Heavenly donuts for a couple years by far they have the best glazed donuts then anywhere. I have never had any issues and have always been treated good when I go, some may not realize only one person maybe 2 are there at night so if they get busy patience is a virtue why be rude ir hateful then act offended if an employee isn't very interactive with you. I seen them treated that way first hand while waiting a couple times. read more

Excellent Donuts and very good egg/sausage/cheese bagel, coffee was disappointing but did the job. We called in before arriving with our order waiting for us. The donuts were awesome and a wonderful treat (glazed and chocolate-covered) - 5 star. The Bagels were cheap-$3.99! What a deal, brings them to 4.5 stars (only two bagel choices, everything or plain, plus they don't have bacon). The coffee was old school, pot on a burner, and more of an afterthought - 2.5 stars. OK So I am a true hot doughnuts Krispy Kreme girl! I even have a Christmas ornament made like that hot doughnuts sign that lights up and everything! LOL! That being said, Heavenly Donuts has some AWESOME donuts that they also serve up warm! We tried the glazed doughnuts, glazed twists, the glazed old fashioned, and the maple bacon twist! Don't turn your nose up at the maple bacon donuts until you try it. It's uniquely tasty! All of the donuts were FANTASTIC!! They even made some upon request when we waited during non-peak times! They were SO good I made a stop before heading to the airport eaaarrlly in the morning on my way back to Atlanta! If you're in the Redding, CA area, this is a MUST try! I ordered from door dash. The second time, I asked for no plain, they got real smart and gave me four sugar, and four glazed in a dozen donuts. I called to complain and the worker lied to me and said they only had 4 different donuts in the store. The glaze, and sugar, maple, and chocolate bars. The manager got on the phone and told me they did not just have those donuts in the store. This was intentional and rude, I won't be ordering from them again, and will go pick up donuts from the Donut Shop, or donut store next to Safeway. We have been surprising our kids with a donut morning and attempted to try Heavenly Donuts twice, and this second time they ignored my instructions intentionally being RUDE. So, I have been here a few times. The wait is usually about 10 minutes till you actually get to order, which is kind of crazy, since theres usually only 3 to 4 cars in front of me. I've narrowed it down to the problem being they don't have no menu! They have the generics of what they offer but they have no specifics of the types of donuts. If you have a drive-through, you have a detailed menu of everything that you offer. You have to psychically know the types of donuts they have or sit there for 4 to 7 minutes asking them if they have chocolate original, chocolate with sprinkles, chocolate old fashionedz glazed old fashioned, cinnamon roll, bear claw etx...it's insane! Just show the flavors and the options you have that like any donut shop would, drive the or not! We can't see inside so you have to tell us what you have so we dont waste our time, your time, or the customers behind us. It's so bizarre and counterproductive! Everything about a drive-through donut shop works great. Krispy kreme has one as does Dunkin. Those 2 are swift and they show you everything they have on their drive they menu. AMAZING! This place also makes their donuts in house and they brag about it, so they should never be running out of the most popular flavors. It makes no sense at all. The way they operate is just odd AF! And right now, I would fully expect them to be taking precautions by wearing gloves and masks, especially since they have to grab every donut individually by hand, but nope! 1130pm - visiting from out of town I see donuts and a sign that says they're open. I try the front doors which were locked. There's no customers at this time but lots of workers inside. I then go to the drive thru which is supposedly open according to the sign. Nobody answers. I drive up to the window. Nobody. I think I missed something so I enter the drive thru a second time. Nothing. I then drive to the other front entrance. One employee points at me and the other one stares but no effort is made to communicate with me. I guess they're closed at night now?
