Before we checked out, I dipped over to the coffee counter to get some caffeine before we entered our sugar-coma. I asked for a dark roast coffee and the manager on duty went to the back just to make sure she was able to get me a dark-roast. It was really cool that she went out of her way when she could have just said they were out and gotten me a light-roast. The sweets were great and the service made them all-the-better. It looks like they also do cake decorating classes here, too! How cool is that!?

Not an employee in sight. The food and bar always seem to be closed. Can't even find where to purchase their famous doughnuts. They built the huge play area for children which is great! But please don't advertise all your food and drink options if it's never going to be open or an employee around to check you out. Nothing like your toddler melting down because they want a juice and you can't find a way to pay for it. I love the baby animals and all the kids activities but until they figure out how to properly run this place I probably won't come back.
