My only problem was that the croissant was covered in a brushing of sugar syrup and it would have been nice for it to just be a butter croissant. It was still delicious and perfectly fine just wish it would have been named more appropriately:) Staff are efficient but kind as there is always a line out the door. We were lucky to still grab some seats inside on a hot day; however, there is well shaded seating outside as well. 4 pastries are a lot for 2 people so we could not try any more. I ordered my ice cream and the young lady eating the ice cream went and prepared my ice cream cone without washing her hands and no gloves. I was someone upset about this but almost let it go, but then immediately after me 5 people ordered 5 ice creams and both ladies served the ice cream with gloves on. I discreetly shared what I noticed to the young lady who previously was eating the ice cream and she looked me in the eye and said she washed her hands. I looked her in the eye and did not say anything. She then asked me with a scowl on her face if I wanted the ice cream re made. I said if it was not a problem then I would like it remade. They also have some great flavor options in the Italian Ice. My daughter and husband love their concretes. The owners and workers are all wonderful. They are really supportive of the local schools and sports in Miamisburg too. The inside is always clean and well taken care of. They are also awesome if you have pets. We have been able to bring in our dog when ordering and they always give us a pup cup for him. He loves when he realizes we are taking a family walk down to Rita's too.
