After I chose a seat, they brought out my breakfast croissant on a paper plate. I wish the cheese was melted, but the sandwich was really good. The croissant was impressive-it tasted like I was back in Paris. It just felt like I was in my hotel lobby having breakfast with all the paper products. I opted for an assortment of to go pastries to try--almond croissant, lemon blueberry scone, and coffee cake. They were all pretty delicious, except the scone. The coffee cake was the best. They also have a terrace outside with bench seating. Lots of people got things to-go while we were there. Decent selection of baked goods, as well as coffee drinks. The prices were crazy reasonable -- $1 for a cookie!! We tried a maple sausage quiche, brown sugar mini pop tart, brown butter chip cookie and iced coffees. All of it was delicious, and the coffee was really good too. If you're unable to make it to the brick and mortar location, they are also on Market Wagon where you can have the goods delivered to your doorstep!

It's a quaint little coffee shop tucked away in the Oakwood suburb of Dayton. I had the mocha latte with a double shot of espresso and their roast beef sandwich on wheat. I could not have been more pleased. On April 15th of this year they celebrated 30 years, and for good reason. Excellent food and service. I highly recommend this place. Thanks, Mike!
